OK so I won't delete my previous review but, I got contacted with a new email address, I was asked for the file to be printed and today I received the correct order at no charge, maybe things have changed and I have decided to give it a go again when I make my new order.... "It's a shame.... I have ordered quite a few items from this company in the past and the last one was not what I ordered. I have emailed them several times but no response, the phones cut off so no chance of speaking to anyone, really disappointed"

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We used to use this company religiously at our business but they are now absolutely awful. They are insisting we pay for items that we did not receive, awful communication and non-existent customer service. Go elsewhere or end up losing your money.

Answered emails until they had my £300 then stopped replying. Total scam

Ordered some records from a band merch store hosted by Awsome Distro and have now been ghosted by them after inquiring for a partial refund. They were quick to answer my emails, but as soon as they had my money I have been constantly ignored!!

Terrible service & gutted to have been sucked in by such a scam operation.

Used to be a fantastic company and we have done a lot of business with them for nearly a decade but I would urge people to avoid them at all costs now.

I am yet to receive the items I ordered 4 months ago. We have £5,000 worth of orders (at cost) outstanding.

They don't answer the phone, emails or LinkedIn messages.

Many comments here and on Twitter are saying the same.

It is such a shame that their reputation is in absolute tatters now.

I ordered 25 calendars in October. I recieved an email to sign off the proof a few days later, payment was taken and then I heard nothing else. I tried to phone this company and both the number on their website and on google was down. I emailed, but no response. I treid the same for the parent company Print.Inc but also could not get a hold of anyone. Weirdly, looking at this transaction on my bank statement, it shows a phone number and an address for the company Print-Leeds. I contacted them and they advised they do not have anything to do with Awesome Merch. Clearly someone is lying. I have reported to Trading Standards and logged a request for refund via my bank.

Item never arrived and no response to emails . Poor .

Absolute con artists, do not use! I have used this company for years but was unaware they had gone into administration when I placed my order mid October. They are quick to take your money, but string you along with emails and pretend they have dispatched your item and UPS have lost it. Absolute lie. 5/6 weeks later and no prints have arrived. No way to treat a long standing loyal customer. Close your website down and stop taking orders. Can this not be enforced?

THIEVES! BE WARNED! £200 out of pocket and they’re still trading!? Avoid at all costs.

Use Vinosangre instead. They are a reliable company with good products and they won’t rob you like Awesome Merch. See you in Strasbourg!!!

I placed an order in July that was never fulfilled. Numerous emails ignored and the 1 response I had was ridiculously rude and made it seem like it as my fault they hadn't dispatched my order. I have now received an email saying they have gone into administration but how is it their website is still active and they are still selling items. ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS!

Same as everyone else. So disappointed. Promising start and recommended by a friend but clearly something has gone very wrong. £100 out of pocket, no cards, little communication.

Really disappointed and now shocked to see many other small businesses having issues with Awesome Merchandise.
Previously things have been reasonable, a few printing errors which I couldn't get a refund on because of time lapsed, but now within my refund period I can't get a response, and with 47 unusable greetings cards and missing 62 envelopes this means I won't have all the stock I need for the (crucial for my business) Christmas markets coming up.
The phone lines are never answered and I do not have much hope now seeing how many others are having difficulties.
After spending a lot of investment in the past with this company, next year it looks like I will have to search for a new printing place.

I hope Awesome Merchandise takes a step back from new orders and sorts out those waiting for money, stock and also takes time to work on the quality of products and accessibility of customer service.

I’m not sure how this company is legally continuing to take new orders when it can’t fulfil it’s huge backlog of orders (judging by my own experience and the other reviews on here and on their Facebook page). It’s unclear whether this company is even still operating and it’s impossible to get in touch with any staff by email and they have closed their phone lines, turned off commenting on their social media and don’t respond to messages on Instagram and Facebook either.

I made a big order which I planned to sell at Christmas craft fairs however it’s not been dispatched and it’s impossible to get in touch with anyone about it, so I will lose money on this.

Really disappointing as I’ve been a frequent customer of awesome merchandise in the past but clearly they don’t operate in the same way now. Really do not recommend.
