I called AV Past master about…
I called AV Past master about purchasing an Epsom Projector, a sales person called Hamish took my details and after explaining that i wished to spend a thousand pounds he promised to call me back, I called 6 times and was given excuse after excuse and i was never given a call back in then contacted a company called Projector Point who called me back the same day and after dealing with a lovely lady called Clare I purchased a Projector and all the extras for £1100 obviously AV Pastmaster must have loads of sales and did not want my measly £1100 please please don't waste your time with AV Past Master they never call you.

Great advice and customer service
As a small community group buying a good value projector & screen that did what we required was of paramount importance. Ellie King-Green has been fantastic in terms of providing advice to help us make the correct decision. I'd already bought the screen on line and received a call from Ellie to check which projector I would be using, that's when the first class customer service started and began throughout our decision making process. We cancelled the online order as the screen was incorrect for our needs. It took months to make our decision as it's a big spend. She has made numerous telephone calls checking the information provided was what was required and produced a number of quotes and offered great advice. I trust AV Parts Master and know Ellie and her colleagues will continue this level of customer service should we need support in the future, which is highly likely.
If you want a trusted supplier then look no further.

Advertising products for next day delivery they don't even have
As per some other users experiences this company are advertising products they don't have and then trying to sell you something else after you have ordered, or Bait and Switch as it is known.
Products advertised as next day delivery and then after you order and they take your money, they call to say they don't even stock it and offer you another product.
If you don't take that then they offer you a refund but advise it could be 3 or 4 days before you get your money back.
Terrible practice that is incredibly inconvenient and wastes a lot of peoples time.

When this happens, our team’s priority is to find a solution so you aren't left empty-handed—this is why we suggest comparable alternatives. It is never our intention to mislead, but rather to ensure you have a suitable, immediate alternative.
We have already processed your full refund. While we submit these immediately on our end, the 3–4 day processing time is unfortunately dictated by banking systems and is outside of our direct control.

cinema grade 4k…
I was looking for a cinema grade 4k projector to add movies to my golf simulator room
I had done research and had a few options in mind
I spoke to Tom who was knowledgeable, helpful and we quickly established that a Viewsonic was perfect for my room dimensions having discussed throw ratios and vertical lens shift and lumens.
I was able to collect within an hour and had the projector on the wall a few hours later
Very pleased

Unbelievable customer service - 5 stars
The product I needed was out of stock everywhere due to manufacturing.
I really needed a replacement quickly and the team at AV Partsmaster were unbelievably helpful. Their staff contacted me (by phone!) and kept me up to date all the way through.
Without them I would have been waiting weeks.
For this service, the fact their pricing is so good makes it a no brainer to use again.

From stock problem to happiness
Initially it started as a problem because I ordered an item for fast dispatch that showed as in stock, and then they got in touch to say it wouldn't be in for a couple of weeks. So I initially wanted to cancel TBH
But the sales support person Liv handled it really well with great communication, and then went off by herself to research alternatives. She found another product that was in stock and cheaper, and got it to me quickly along with the refund. A great and natural customer service operator, and overall great experience

Great Customer Service
I had bought a projector case which was wrong and they handled the return, no problem. What impressed me more was when I went to reorder a different case, i phoned, was met with Hamish - a very nice person who helped me through the purchase with care. Even going to the supplier to ensure it was fit for my projector and getting the internal dimensions of the case. The speedy process and extra mile by Hamish gave me confidence in ordering this item. Not often you get customer care like this nowadays, especially with online retailers.

Customer Service Above and Far Beyond
Placed my order online and within an hour I got a call from Liv Flint in customer service.
The monitors I ordered were out of stock, so Liv offered to find alternatives at the same price, she sent me several options and they have arrived today.
Absolutely amazing customer services the like of which are very rare.
Going of my experience I would highly recommend this company, in fact it was that good I’m bringing them on at the company I work for.

Poor delivery was mitigated by excellent customer service (eventually)
Updated Review following excellent support from Customer Service: Very helpful and responsive approach taken by Deborah in Customer Service restored my faith in this company. The product (which works perfectly and was delivered in excellent condition) arrived after 4 days and compensation was offered and accepted for the unusual delay. Many thanks.
Original Review 7 January was 1* - Struggling to understand the good reviews given that I ordered a Phillips Monitor (order recorded on 2 January 2026) for next working day delivery which should have been 5th January. Telephoned by a sales person from AV on 6th January to confirm my order and ask if there was anything else I wanted to buy (!?). No delivery. Wednesday 7th January - still no delivery. contact George on web chat and receive the following messages: "Hi ......., sorry to hear this - let me go and chase the distributing warehouse and I'll confirm back with you when I have an update."
I then also raised the failure of their web-tracking system:
"And the tracking service on your website doesn't work"
George's reply was not particularly customer-centred!
"this will be due to us not having received the tracking link from the distributor
I will chase this and come back ASAP."
Still no sign of delivery timetable or compensation payment for failure to meet the contractual delivery offered.
Now refusing to offer compensation as the "next working day delivery" was "free" - which of course it was not but included in the purchase price. Still no actual confirmed delivery date or time!

I cannot rate this company high enough
I cannot rate this company high enough. From the efficient and timely responses to emails to the installation and completion of the job my experience can only be described as faultless. Ben was especially helpful and the guys that did the work on site were professional, friendly and worked very efficiently in what was more of a complicated job that first anticipated. I had contacted several companies before about the same job and they never even replied to my email! Thoroughly recommend.
