I arranged at 4pm on a Tuesday for the large yellow mega bag to be collected - yes AMS collect them too much cheaper than the brand charges. By 130pm the next day - despite having been told it could take up to 10 working days the bag had gone. Obviously this is great when it happens but I was genuinely happy if it had taken up to 10 days. The lady on the phone and the chap who collected polite and friendly. 5* would recommend and will use again if I need to dispose of large quantity of bagged waste

Good products at a good price but let down by forgetting to deliver a missed item.

The lorry delivered 5 out of 6 items, apparently something could not put the item on the lorry. However, 7 days later, they had not delivered the remaining item and I had trouble getting through to someone to find out when the missing item was going to be delivered.

Overall, good products, but let down by the after sales service. Would I buy from them again, yes.

Having work done on your property can be a nightmare if you decide to take it on yourself.
Trying to manage builders, suppliers and removals at the best prices and following a schedule can be tricky and worrying.
So, imagine finding a local Company that can supply concrete, sand, ballast and deal with rubbish removal that has the best prices.
They will do everything they can to fit around you, even when it came to a point of a full skip and I needed another urgently, they were there the same day within 2 hours from my call.
They also help with advice, for example, if I used a skip for soil only it would be considerably cheaper - saved me a lot of money.
"Kirsty" in removals is awesome, knows everything about skips and she is incredibly helpful and happy, if you have a question I would strongly recommend speaking with her. She found me the best prices, answered all my questions and was very polite.
Then the drivers, they are faultless, happy, smiling, and can seem to get skips in and out of gaps I would not try and reverse my car into, to make filling a skip easier - magicians.
Later this year I will be starting phase two of my project, and I will be coming back without doubt, takes a lot of stress away when you have a reliable company behind you who can deliver (and collect !).
I cannot recommend them highly enough.
