Last week they went out of their way to enable me to collect a stand I needed. Communication is always very quick and they know what they are talking about. Used them before and it is always a great service.

The website layout gave the first indication that this was a reputable company, and from the time I bought the Charles Taylor outdoor furniture set (HB12), that was verified by the care and quick, friendly responses I received to a query in relation to its delivery.
I have no hesitation at all in recommending AV4Home to anyone wishing to buy from them. It was a pleasure to do so.

Having been let down by another company for the suppliy of some specific furniture items, I attempted to contact AV4Home via phone to ask if they could supply, I was met with a message to say that phone contact was not available and I should email their sales team. Slightly discouraged I did send an email, to which I received a response just a few hours later. Impressive! Not only that, but I received a follow-up phone call just 15 minutes after email receipt from a very knowledgeable sales guy who answered all my questions and assured me that they could deliver (their website was showing 'in stock' with 3 to 5 days for delivery). I placed my order via the website and 2 (yes, 2!) days later, I received the items that I had been waiting 6 weeks for from another supplier.

And all during coronavirus lockdown!

Very happy and will definitely use AV4Home again.

Due the lockdown I gave up trying to work around the kitchen table. I found a modern corner desk by one of AV4Homes suppliers Jual, from the initial phone call to the follow up I thought what a nice company. In addition I have to say the subsequent follow ups from Jual were equally pleasant and great service. As ever with these things 5 boxes to put my desk together to find that the glass top in box (5 Final box) was chipped. 5 mins on the phone to Av4Home. Then literally 10 mins later a call from Jual to confirm a new top was on the way.. in my case I commented to my wife what a nice pair of companies to buy from Which prompted me to leave this review. If you get the service I did even thought there was an issue which we no ones fault, then I would wholly recommend these guys. Great service from them and Jual

Bought some products online, they were delivered promptly. The items were from Frank Olsen. The quality of the items was horrendous and it took us four replacement deliveries (directly from the manufacturer) to get the furniture we ordered. My dissatisfaction with the product lies with Frank Olsen the manufacturer and when I contacted AV4Hime they were supportive. I just deduct 1 star for the poor quality of such expensive furniture.

A few practical issues when the TV cabinet was delivered but AV4Home (Paul) was there to offer help and checked the next day that everything was in order. This is great customer service.

Ordered an Alphason TV cabinet for next day delivery. Had arranged for a TV to arrive the same day, so was important it arrived on time. Next morning Paul rings me to say that due to demand Alphason hadn’t managed to include my item in that day’s deliveries. Said I wasn’t happy and that I wanted it the following day (Saturday). He contacted Alphason who refused to suffer the added cost despite it being their and not AV4Home’s fault, however that AV4Home would bear the cost. Thank you, Paul, you did what you could to make an unsatisfied customer happy. I couldn’t have expected anything more. Would happily buy from this company again.

AV4Home sourced and delivered the units (made in Germany) on time. When a particular issue with the product was queried, they followed up with the manufacturer immediately, and then rang me to check I was satisfied. Very good customer service. Well done to James @ AV4Home.

Stuck in the craw having to give one star, take note Trustpilot.

Ordered two bedside lamps, £175 each.

Alarm bells started ringing immediately when they arrived and were packed in a box for a portable heater. On closer inspection each of the lamp boxes had been opened previously. When I queried this with AV4Home they said there had been issues with lamps and they were checked prior to shipment.

As it turns out one of the lights was faulty, light 'pulsed slightly, and therefore was unsuitable for bedside table.

So, under AV4Home's self lauded '30 Day No Quibble Guarantee' I returned the items only to find out later that they had deducted a £20 courier fee for returning them. AV4Home were insistent the light wasn't faulty therefore I was liable for shipment costs to return them. But they would say that wouldn't they?

I repeatedly informed them that there was an issue with the lamp, that I wasn't satisfied with the quality but they wouldn't relent. So much for 'no Quibble'!!

Avoid this company. I suspect they're shipping products that have been returned from other customers. I for one will never use them again.

Lovely hifi stand that looks fabulous and makes a great focal point . Solid frame. More than exceeded my expectations. delivered within days of purchase. Would recommend the product and the supplier.

Pre-order help was great - including recommending I buy one product rather than another which saved me about £70. When the kits arrived and one part didn't work the customer support was excellent and the issue quickly sorted out. I can highly recommend AV4Home.

Great purchase experience, item received was as per photo and description and they were the only firm to actually have this in stock (a couple of other big name retailers were misleading i this area which caused a few days delay before I found AV4Home. I was looking for a new desk and found the perfect one on Amazon, but being a bargain hunter I decided to do an online search for it and came across AV4Home. They had the same desk as a lower price than Amazon and they had an extra promo discount on top. The reviews of the business were great, and they are local-ish to me, so I decided to order from them.

The desk arrived on time and is exactly what I wanted.

A few weeks later I received a call from AV4Home to check that I was happy with my order. This is how you do customer service right!
