I made a claim through Gardx to fix a 2inch vertical dent just below my door handle, process was pretty quick in booking and getting an appointment to come sort. We assumed it would be a paintless dent repair as it was such a small issue, neither Gardx or this company informed us of what was going to be carried out. It was however sanded, filled very badly resulting in indents and painted the wrong colour so overall left with more damage than to start with by one of the mobile technicians in early Dec 25.

Finally today after 3 months since the original booking (due to bad weather admittedly) it's been sorted. We have been dealing with Ash, Ash was very professional and a genuinely lovely guy, he has fixed the issue to the highest standard he could, not sure why he wasn't sent out to begin with, we would highly recommend him to anyone. Even he said it should have been PDR.

I wouldn't be happy to use this company again unfortunately as the trust is gone after allowing someone they employ to leave the job in a worse condition than to start with. I was later told that the insurer requested the car to be repaired in this way however anyone within the industry with any pride in there work should have recommended a painless dent repair over providing an unnecessary service.
My car is only now 2 years old and bought brand new with no prior damage and now has an unnecessary patch on it, the whole process has caused me a lot of anxiety.

Tony Satchell was a craftsman and a gentleman. Superb job done on alloy wheels and would have no hesitation using again.

Great guy who contacted us before the actual repair to discuss things. Had a cancellation so we managed to get things sorted out even quicker. Really friendly (really sorry, can't remember his name 😔) and personable. The repair was absolutely brilliant, you couldn't tell there was ever any damage.

Used ARS mobile unit to refurbish front and rear offside alloys after ‘kerb scuffing’ them. The technician was Rhys. Courteous, informative, timely and professional, I can’t fault any part of the process.

The Specialist arrived on time having called to say he was in his way. Upon arrival he explained the process. The repair was carried out in a timely fashion and to an outstanding standard which meant it look factory and would never know it had ever been damaged. Thanks to the engineer and to the company. Will definitely use the company again should I require their services.

both repairs to paintwork and alloy wheel are satisfactory and carried out with a minimum of fuss. time will tell as to durability . initially told that scratch to bonnet was excluded by the Gardex guys however the paint guy did it by way of goodwill . point to note when reading small print on Gardex insurance contract a scratch on bonnet is included therefore advisors should be made aware , and NOT try to exclude.
