IMPORTANT WARNING BEFORE RENTING HERE (October 2026 Experience)
You might be searching for a rental car on Google Maps just as I did and come across this company, but there is something crucial you need to know before coming here to rent. I rented a vehicle from them in October 2026. Initially, the reception was wonderful and the staff seemed extremely cooperative. However, when it came time to pay the security deposit, I was informed that the deposit for foreigners was 400 CHF instead of the 250 CHF we had previously agreed upon. Furthermore, they insisted that it be paid strictly in cash, assuring me that it would be refunded directly in cash upon returning the vehicle.
When I received the car, it was a complete shock. It was an outdated 2010 model in terrible condition, suffering from multiple mechanical and electrical defects that nearly caused us several accidents. It was nowhere near worth its daily rate of 70 CHF. To make matters worse, the car broke down twice, forcing us to recharge and jump-start its battery, which severely disrupted our trip.
Despite all of those issues, I was willing to let it pass. Upon returning the car, I handed it over intact, clean, and in the exact same condition as received—on time, with a full tank of fuel, and with zero traffic violations. I then requested my cash deposit back as previously agreed. However, the employee in charge of vehicle returns claimed that no cash was currently available on-site. He asked for my bank account details so the deposit could be refunded immediately via bank wire transfer, promising to share the transfer receipt with me right away.
Acting in good faith, I provided my IBAN and departed Switzerland for my home country. Suddenly, he vanished and stopped answering my calls and messages, leading me to believe he had blocked me. A week later, he finally replied to the chat, claiming his phone had broken down and offering absurd, unbelievable excuses. He then promised to transfer the deposit within two hours, only to disappear once again without keeping his word. He repeated this exact behavior and pattern several times.
It quickly became unmistakable that I had fallen victim to a deliberate scam and stalling tactics designed to steal my security deposit. A long time has passed since then, and he is still stalling and using deceptive practices, which has confirmed beyond doubt that this company and its staff are scammers and fraudsters who must not be trusted.

Alquilé un coche aquí en octubre de 2026. Al principio fueron muy amables, pero al pagar la fianza me exigieron 400 CHF en efectivo (por ser extranjero) en lugar de los 250 CHF acordados, prometiendo devolverlos en efectivo al entregar el vehículo. El coche (modelo 2010 por 70 CHF/día) estaba en pésimo estado, con graves fallos mecánicos y eléctricos que casi nos causan accidentes, además de averiarse dos veces por problemas de batería.
Entregué el coche limpio, intacto, a tiempo, sin multas y con el depósito lleno, pero el empleado alegó no tener efectivo y me pidió mi IBAN para hacer una transferencia inmediata. Confié de buena fe y regresé a mi país, pero desapareció y dejó de responder. Una semana después dio excusas absurdas (como que su teléfono se rompió), prometió transferir el dinero en dos horas y volvió a desaparecer, repitiendo este engaño varias veces. Es una empresa de estafadores que usa tácticas dilatorias para robar el depósito de garantía; no confíen en ellos.
