The customer service from this company was top class. I ordered some HT leads for my Toyota Granvia from them, when they arrived the fitting was slightly wrong unfortunately. They went to great effort to find the correct part and when this was unsuccessful they offered a full refund. This is despite me ordering the leads in March and not getting around to fitting them until July. Brilliant customer service, thanks Auto Japanese Spares team

Have used this company twice and both times Im more than happy. On my last order I ordered a PCV Valve but didnt relise I needed to order the bung seperatly. Totally my fault. When It arrived without the bung I gave them a call and they got the bung sent out within 2 days and the Bongo is back on the road. They didnt even charge me. Thank you, I am so grateful. Stuart

I have used this company a number of times for parts for my imported people carriers. Recently contacted them regards some more parts, had what I needed apart from one item. Joe ordered this part in so that they could ship everything to me that night. Goods arrived on time the following day ready for the work to be done on the Friday. Excellent service.
