This was the most seamless process in vehicle buying that I've had in years. Recently credit issues but was able to get approved for a car that I actually wanted (not bad). The price, well that kind of was expected with my current situation so I'm not upset.

Blatant false advertising
Blatant false advertising. Every quote sent was extremely high down payment. I received the same companies offering financing with Carvana. They just push your credit info to every institution that will accept it and cross their fingers. If I had $3000 down I can walk into almost any dealership.

Surprisingly impressed
Clive was the first person to approach us as other salespersons ignored us. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, old school, not pushy in any way. He didn't jerk us around he was upfront and fully prepared the vehicle as promised. Carlos in finance was also professional, fully explained all warranty options and made it a smooth transaction. Overall I'm impressed since there is an expectation of being scammed and on guard with most automotive sales.

With Albany Subaru it was a great experience! They helped a lot and got me into a car….so I thought! Till this day I haven’t heard who I have the loan with, they haven’t paid off the trade-in, and to top it off my credit score went down almost 60 points!!!
