The cutting board looks great and does a great job just as they said it would. It does not scratch at all. I get a few knife marks but noting that I would call a scratch. It washes off with ease and looks great just as they said it would. They follow up emails with the order have all been a pleasure to answer. We use the board almost every day and we love it. We use it for cutting chicken, vegetables and meats and it does a great job with all of them.

I had some glitches with the ordering process and my delivery process but Sarah, the customer service rep, was absolutely amazing, explaining step by step and going above and beyond to make sure that I received my order and was satisfied with the quality of my cutting boards and the knife set. Wow, what an asset to your company!

We were given the wrong information on your website with the chat which made things difficult. It was hard to tell from your website what size boards would be the free one. Also, the boards came in with sharp edges. I wanted to return the product and that was not possible. We were told with use they would smooth out. Instead we sanded the edges to make them more smooth. Now I will say, it's the best cutting board I've ever had.
We purchased some for our family members and they all LOVE them too!|

First of all the boards seem like they will last and the large one is useful ( thank goodness I upgraded to a large. But initially the order got messed up because pretty much anywhere else a BOGO is of equal or lesser value. So when I upgraded I thought I was getting all large. I would be totally happy if that was the case. The boards make me feel like they will keep my family safe, but because they are very slippery compared to wood or plastic cutting boards, the smaller sizes are a total waste because everything just moves so much that it ends up off the edge. And my husband wishes there was some sort of a handle because they are difficult to pick up when lying on the counter

We received our cutting boards in August and started using right a way. They came earlier than I expected and well packaged. Started using them right away. We find them easier to cut, on with no harm to our knives. We got two bigs one and it came with a small one. I like you can use both sides and little one is great for small amounts. They hand wash and DW well. A small bit of scratching but but they are
Stainless steel & much better than plastic scratching. My friend tried them and she loved them too. We also are trying to get rid of using plastic so great addition.

The website showing the advantages of your product compared to wood, glass and plastic helped to make my decision.

Am really enjoying using the cutting boards. They truly live up to all the claims. I would recommend them to anyone who want a high quality and safe cutting board.

Miss Sarah was very professional ,nice and kind however she has a lot of knowledge she helped me out a lot doing the ordering process whenever I had a question about something she answered me right away even on the weekends . I ordered three cutting boards and one knife set. It seems like it took a while to get them but she kept in contact every step of the way so you knew about when you should be receiving them. I actually gift them to other people so I can't tell you honestly how the items works but they were so happy with the appearance of the set and the cutting boards . Each cutting board came with authentication paper. They appear to be a very nice company Miss Sarah is very pleasant. Thank you so much I appreciate all your help. The one thing I do not like is trying to do the survey because I had to go out of it because the company that's doing the survey for them won't let it go through without every blank being filled in.
I filled this survey out like three times because they want to exact date I guess that you ordered the product and if you don't put that in they won't let it go through that makes you not want to do the survey . That is way too much to have to deal with to fill out a survey

These boards are exactly what I needed! Especially the small sized board, which I use for cutting/slicing cheese!
The large board is great for meats and all of them clean really easy!

I am very pleased with my titanium cutting boards and no worries about bacteria growing in grooves of wooden boards. They wash up perfectly and quickly. I have various sizes of cutting boards and use them all. I received a free one with my order which was a plus! Customer service was very helpful and answered my questions promptly.

I need anti slip pads so I don't scratch my soapstone counter tops!

The cutting boards have held up really well. The purchase procedure was a bit more convoluted than I would’ve liked because of the subscription model that’s buried, but the products themselves are excellent. I wish they simply sold the cutting boards in a straightforward manner because the titanium cutting boards are better than anything else I’ve used before.

Easy to work with. Answered all my questions and provided superior products that I'm glad I purchased.

Good service, good products. Only suggestion is that they would have one that comes with grooves to catch juices. Otherwise, I love it

The product is great. It cleans up well. No cuts for bacteria to hide and my knives require less sharpening.

The titanium cutting board I ordered arrived promptly and well wrapped. I have been enjoying using it; no knife marks and no dull knives. I have no worries about any contaminants seeping into it because, well, titanium! All in all an excellent purchase. I recommend it.

I hate how they try to sell you several other things before you can checkout.
I see several lines on the board from where I cut various foods. I am concerned that they will hold germs and bateria. I thought these boards were either self healing or would not allow them to be damaged in a short period of time from simple use
