MOT at ATS
This is always a bleak location but, at the end of December, particularly so. A one hour wait for the MOT. Not really a problem. As expected. Used a Groupon Voucher but I don't think that this was scanned. Groupon still messaging me to use my voucher before the end of March! Irritatingly, my new MOT was dated from the date of the test and not the date of expiry of my existing MOT. Just a lack of care. My visit left me a little depressed and concerned for the guys working there who seemed to be working hard following a reduction in staff numbers.

Ripped me off zero customer service
Fitted cheaper tyres and charged me for the more expensive ones that I had prepaid for over a week earlier. ATS Policy states that an upgrade or refund will be offered if the tyres you ordered are not available. This didn’t happen. No managers available to speak to. Completed the on line complaint form. Did not receive a response. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Excellent service
The salesman was upfront and delivered everything he said he would and on time too. Was very helpful in explaining how to use my tyre insurance policy. I will definitely use again
