Michael - excellent manner on the phone when booking new tyres. Booked for 16:30 on the day, Micheal saw that I'd arrived early, came over said 'Hello' and got me in 20mins before time. Cracking, professional manner throughout. An ATS asset.

Top notch service as always from the guys @ Morecambe , Fishing Van in for its MOT and the Family Car in for its MOT , 4 new Michelin tyres & an Alignment check. Both done on Saturday morning with no dramas , Kept informed and at a great price too , Keep up the great work guys , Thanks , Danny 😊

From the initial phone call to enquire about the tyres to getting them fitted mike went above and beyond no pressure no sales tactics even though busy gave me the time to explain everything

I told the manager my problem and exactly what had happened while I was driving the previous night..the steering became very heavy..the e.p.s wasn't functioning..early next morning the battery was flat so I put it on charge for 1 hr but it still wasn't fully charged so I drove it to ATS..with this info the manager tested my battery..new battery was required ..problem solved..picked car up next day ..well done to the morecambe team..23 .12 2025...Derrick.
