Amazing customer service I rolled up at 17.20 with a complete…
I rolled up at 17.20 with a complete burst tyre ( pothole) and they were professional, very kind, and so helpful. My car was full of junk after clearing out my father's house, but they ignored all of that and got my car back on the road, even though they closed at 17.30.

Scheduled appointment at ATS Erdington, was carried out on time. All Staff highly professional,
including mechanics.
As a disable veteran I was treated in a respectful and dignified manner. Manager went over and beyond, ensuring I was comfortable. I was kept updated on my vehicle Recommendations made in relation to tyres and various parts for pre booked full service. Would highly recommend ATS Erdington to family and friends

Had issues with my wheel alignment, took the car there to have corrected, following a couple of items replaced the issue was still present. Jon had kindly arranged the car to be aligned again. Finally this was sorted although I was loosing hope at this point.
Felt that I was in safe hands when dealing with ATS at Erdington branch, great lads with honesty.
