So just an update
So just an update, over a month now and still no refund, no acknowledgement of a formal complaint either, just get generic emails asking for job number and registration and when you reply (no response) they have breached a consumer contract and next steps are now unfortunately in motion. Avoid this company

Slow puncture
Fixed a slow puncture for me. I've used them twice now - once for this and once before for new tyres. Both times I've found them friendly, helpful and professional. And booking an appointment means that I can just turn up and the job is done - no hanging around waiting, or trying to "fit me in."
