Bad experience with Atom Mobility
Our experience with Atommobility.com has been very disappointing.
Before signing up, their sales team assured us that they would handle the entire technical and legal process required to launch our ride-hailing app in Indonesia, including the full integration of the payment gateway.
Based on those promises, we paid a big amount of money to start the project. However, once the payment was made, they informed us that they could not manage the payment gateway and that we would have to handle it ourselves.
This clearly contradicts what was promised before payment and shows a lack of transparency and professionalism.
Moreover, they refuse to refund the money and only stall and make excuses to avoid continuing with the project, leaving the client stuck with no progress or solution.
A tech company offering “turnkey” ride-hailing solutions cannot simply step away from such a key component as payments.
We strongly advise other entrepreneurs and businesses to double-check what they are really offering before paying, because our experience has been one of broken promises, lack of accountability, and endless delays.
There are other companies in the market that are far more professional and transparent, delivering on their commitments and providing real technical support for launching ride-hailing apps internationally. We recommend exploring those alternatives before trusting Atommobility
