Atrocious customer service
I've been trying to set up online access to my family's business account for months now. Customer service both in the branches and on the phone has been rude and totally unhelpful. My father is 92 and just had heart surgery, so I'm trying to pay my family's taxes and literally can't do it because of Atlantic Union! Also, I already had access set up through Sandy Spring, so on top of being totally unhelpful now, they somehow screwed up my initial access during the transition. Big boos to AUB.
