They used profanity tordsme on the phone, and they were disrespectful
To start off, they can date that they don't always accept certain medicals. And they can't always refer you out to places that accept your medical, they expect you to pay out-of-pocket when people like me, who can't work, do their back pain. And other problems I have, so I'm not financially, capable of doing it, paying our pocket. And also there were rude. They called me an a****** and hung up on me several times tried to say that I wasn't following their recommendations. So they aren't denying me services because they want me to get my teeth pulled. But yet they can't refer me out to a place that takes my medical even though they take my medical and the places they want to refer me out to. If I was 21, they'd take my medical, but I'm not 21. I'm 39 that being said the places that they referred me out to you. Since that they don't refer me out to a place that accepts my medical, they just don't want to do it. And they're saying that that's my problem. I have to figure it out even though they're supposed to be my dentist's office. But yet they won't pull teeth, they just want your money, because they don't care about the people they cared about the people. I wouldn't be in this predicament, where I still haven't got my tooth pulled, and I'm in pain all day, and they'd be able to refer me out to a place to actually take my medical
They tried to say that I wasn't following the plan. How can I follow a plan if they can't for me to a place that accepts my medical? They said I had to get my tooth pulled before. I can get a clean done before I can get my Done. But they can't refer me to a place that takes my medical. I mean, they can, they just don't wanna have to do the extra work? They said I had to do it even though you have to have a referral, to go to these places. To get teeth pulled even though their dentist's office and they obviously don't pull teeth. Otherwise, I wouldn't be in pain. They do not have very good business conduct and they do not take care of their clients. They came up with a good story. And tried to say that I'm not falling. What they want me to deal well like I said, I gotta get the 2 pulled for I get my teeth cleaned for I can get taps, and that's what they said, I needed to do. So I haven't got my teeth pulled. So how am I supposed to follow there program or whatever you want to call it
