Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought a Juciento juicer, and after just a few uses, the juicing cup broke while juicing celery.

I asked for a refund or exchange, but they kept delaying and never took responsibility. They offered to send just the broken part, but when I asked if they would replace it again if it breaks, they stopped responding. Won’t buy from them again.

Unable to return except thru international

Ordered a mini700w solar game camera. It came with an instruction manual that I had to use a microscope to read. No batteries supplied but micro SD card was. I ordered the special battery and downloaded the app using their QR code. The SD card they provided was bad. I used one of my own and the set up began to work properly. But it would not connect to WiFi. Not even close. Several emails back and forth and they said they had to forward my complaint to management for review. That was three days ago. Now? Crickets!
There's $160 I'll never see again. I had no idea it was coming from China until it took forever to arrive.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
UPDATE: Five days after an email promised to reply to me in 1 to 3 days and they're totally ghosted me. They need to be investigated!
UPDATE 2: March 12, 2026 It's now the middle of March. Astrasave finally admitted that the unit they sent me is defective. They offered a replacement to be shipped in the next 1-5 days. That was three weeks ago. In the meantime, they keep sending my apology emails with the same 1-3 day someone will email you about the shipping status. I have received THREE of those emails in the last three weeks. This company is full of bullshit and should be avoided at all cost! If I could give them negative stars, I would.
UPDATE:
After a couple of months of repeated email replies from them promising to resolve my problem, I'm going to the FTC and others to report them. They have sent me the same form reply promising escalation to management to resolve the problem. Stay away from Astrasave! They are crooks!

Product is not as advertised and very low quality. Shipping was extended. Instructions were not available in English. Product worked for 2 days. When attempted to return the return policy was absurd, requiring original shipping materials and then only offering to refund 15 percent of purchase.

Site seems to be scam and potentially improperly using client data.

Most products appear to be aimed at an older and more vulnerable population.

The site is underserving in the 1 Star rating, however 0 stars is not an option

Exercise extreme caution with this undoubtedly fraudulent (or criminal) company from China. They deliver cheap junk instead of the promised goods. I ordered supposedly high-quality headphones with very good noise cancellation for CHF 90 (instead of CHF 180). However, what was delivered was a deceptively similar-looking product worth CHF 20 with terrible sound quality. For several months, I was strung along with my complaints through AI-generated responses. Then they promised to refund a third of the amount paid, after which I was supposed to send the delivered headphones back to China at my own expense.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Ordered 2 FrostiJet snowblowers and they sent a box of junk that can't even be put together. Total scam, and I want my money back.

Highly disappointed with the PeeCrue and very sad I fell for false advertisement. 24/7 support is a lie. There is no phone number and when you do email them a response email says 24+ hours for a response time. Today I received a message saying 3-7 day response time due to high volume of help right now. I really wanted it to work, begged for a new one because my daughter loves it until it gave false alarms constantly starting day 5 and no one could tell me why or how to fix it. I sent in video proof and 13 days later still no response. Finally I requested a refund and they said fine if I pay shipping back to China then they will refund me. Very disappointed. Not worth the 1 month delivery time or the poor customer service, let alone the poor product.

I purchased 3 trail cams ad did not say they came from China, took almost a month to get product, Their ad said WiFi and solar powered however units came with no battery. They are the size of a credit card ad did not specify mini size. Tried for a full week to return now company no longer answers. No US presence STAY AWAY from this company. I would give negative star rating if I could

I ordered an $80 item from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. This company has NO presence in the USA except on the internet selling things that are in China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They claim you can track their shipping. Not true unless you’re willing to download apps you don’t want and which are of questionable authentication. Their contact information is all in China. Too bad the internet doesn’t require companies sell things to disclose their location and contact information prominently on their website. I will not loose my money since I will have my credit card company refund me.

I ordered a Cupa Meow water fountain from Astra Save on October 31st. The order included shipping insurance. On November 13th I received an email stating that my order was delivered at 11:33 am. I was home and nothing was delivered. I contacted Astrasave customer support. It has 2 months and I still have not gotten my money back. This is a scam.
2-26-28 After 3 months I finally got my refund.

I purchased an item from the website and I receive a different one. I contacted them immediately and they were quick to respond, but then I was ghosted. I asked multiple time to get a refund and nothing.

AstraSave , the company with Hong Kong address , have wronged me so I need to tell the world....Spent 127 English pounds on 3 Bodywarmers , but the quality was poor....they should of sent 3 power banks , which heat the bodywarmers up but they never turned up ....I emailed several times and at first I thought they were sorting it out. They mentioned a partial refund to cover the missing power banks and I said this was agreeable ....then I heard nothing ...I wrote and wrote but they ghosted me , be aware of this company ....
