Easy to use and filled in the gaps when I had missed something - great service!

no respond on phone, no respond by mail and that after one week of ordering; they took only the money and than no any answer when we will got the medicin, in progress is the answer online ????

The website changed a bit from the last time ordered my prescription and I was having difficulties placing my order. This was very frustrating but their customer service is just great and responded in a timely fashion.

Unfortunately a week after ordering a product still no sign of the order despite a phone call and an email enquiry about the necessity of a reasonably quick delivery as we are due to go away. The website says 3 days for most items I've been waiting 7 so not good.

Purchased medicine we couldn't buy in Australia. Fast postage - We received it in under two weeks.

I like Asset Chemist and have used them 4 times before for migraine medication for my wife to be shipped to the United States. However, it would be better to have some sort of shipping update or status. I ordered one week ago, and got a request to do a Trust Pilot review. I have no idea what is happening with the order. I logged in to my account and it just says "In Progress" a week after ordering.

I have purchased medical supplies I cant get locally from this pharmacy on-line for a while. They are very efficient, never a problem. I also think that they are priced well too.

For those who find it difficult to get doctors appointments, this gives a convenient alternative.

Assetchemist gives allround great service and the products are priced cheaper than elsewhere.I can't ask for anything more.

As stated very professional company and items supplied always genuine products. However feel that prices have risen dramatically compared with prices paid by pharmacies.

I ordered my prescription tablets a week ago and paid for next day delivery. I have still not received anything yet the payment was taken
