I have been using Asia Rooms.com for the last two years to reserve accommodations. I like that Asia rooms has more options at a very reasonable rate. At the same like this is one of the sites that I feel safe to provide my credit card information. When I make a reservations, I immediately get the confirmation without me having to wonder what happend to my booking. I haven't had any bad experience so far with Asia Rooms.

I would recommend Asia Rooms additing more hotels in Sri Lanka. I travel a lot in Sri Lanka and there are fewer options avaialble. Being a long term customer for this company, I would still prefer to make my bookings through Asia Rooms if they had more options.

This is the first time I used AsiaRooms online hotel booking, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the service. AsiaRooms offer the best rate amongst all the other website for the same hotel / room. And it is very easy to use. I would definitely use this website again, and would highly recommend this to all my friends.

My customer service rep, Nush, promised that she would re-send my confirmation with the correct spelling of my surname. So far she has not. She spelled it "Farquha", leaving out the final "r". It should be "Farquhar". Until now I have heard nothing from the hotel itself. I asked her to request an early check-in, as my plane arrives at 4:00 a.m. and I need to rest before my event that afternoon.

had to change dates for hotel when I called they could not help enough
and were so polite, I have used opposition for hotels but the service I got here was outstanding

I like AsiaRooms webpage! Is neat, clear and very easy to make a booking. There are a few online booking websites, but AsiaRooms is always my top search, even though sometimes your room price is a bit over my budget. Overall is a very informative, easy to use online booking website.

Always showing a price that is worth it, discounted and mostly the lowest price. Even the customer service given is well done. My cancellation was attended well, and the staff behind the phone was very courteous and patient.

I have been using asia rooms for some years now & the choice given is from 1* up to 5*, so the choice is yours
you get better deals through asia rooms than you do at the hotel desks

Eric , your consultant who took my request, answered all my questions, and he understood my reservations, as another Travel portal Amoma, bungled my boss's reservation, so he took that into consideration and offered to call the hotel and confirm everything was in order, as I told him I planned to email the hotel to get a double confirmation. Great consultant you have there! Keep him forever, raise the bar for him in experience! Was talking to me like a friend and made me feel confident to book with Asiaroom rather then doing it online, speaking to him and booking helped make it a great experience! I have just booked a trip with Asiarooms.com to Lanzarote. The whole booking process took just a few minutes, their customer services team are extremely helpful and competent, they sorted a query out for me regarding my booking in a friendly and helpful way. Prior to this trip we had a holiday in Thailand which again, was fantastic from start to finish. We will certainly be booking with them again next year.

I have never encountered problems booking hotels through Asiarooms and Laterooms which I have done many times over the years Staff have been courteous and patient and the most appealing aspect of booking through them is that you pay upon checking in at the hotels. I always check their prices before I go to other sites.

Not bad. Small room with a queen size bed (only about 18 inches either side. Had 32 inch TV but only 3-4 working channels. Ensuite Bathroom good but no spare toilet paper and hot water did not work

Over the past couple of years, I have always keyed into Asiarooms whenever I need to book a hotel. I find Asiarooms Booking Website very comprehensive and easy to navigate. For all my travels to Thailand be it Bangkok, Hua Hin, Cha'am, Pattaya, Chiangmai, Nakon Sawan and many other provinces there as well as in Malaysia, I never hesitate to look up Asiarooms. I have never encountered any problems with my bookings and I hope it will always be. I always feel assured going through Asiarooms.

First time I have used Asiarooms, but their advance booking booking was best on offer and by reading reviews from previous customers, seemed a reliable company to deal with. Will give a proper review after stay.
