Admin Fees and Cancellation
I cancelled my membership and missed the last payment accidentally, i was then started to be charged admin fees. This got up to £90 without me spotting it. Contacted the customer service helpline and Rianna helped by confirming my membership was cancelled and waiving the additional fees that i didnt know i was being charged. hidden admin fees are rubbish but Rianna was helpful :)
