I was able to set up a delivery date that suited me and found all questions were answered with in 24 hours. So far ordering process has been very good.

Easy to order - product looks good but have to waits 10 weeks for delivery

Ordered the Max E Bike Shed which arrived on the 11th August. It's the 30th August now and I am still unable to build the shed. Asgard have fallen short so may times, I'm incredibly dissapointed as the product itself seems great. The things that have gone wrong so far.

1) Delivery. The shed arrived on the date started but with only 1 delivery driver. We have a shingle driveway and he stated he couldn't deliver the shed to the desired location (just inside our side gate) because of the stones. My son had to help him carry the product to the delivered location. I don;t feel they are setting their delivery drivers up for success it they are unable to deliver over a gravel driveway.
2) 2 hole sets of acrews weere misssing from the order. Poor QA and delivery logistics.
3) I left 2 voicemails on the 12th after hours (1 shortly after the other) firstly when I got to the part of the build where I realised 1 set of screws was missing, and the second after I did an audit of the rest of the screws and realised another set was missing.
4) Nothing arrived in the post so I phoned on Monday 17th. The lady claimed they hadn't received either voicemail (why have a voicemail system if you don;t have the opeartional porcesses to actually deal with them?) and had no record of any screws being sent. She said she would send them out.
5) Gave it a week and nothing arrived. I phoned Monday 24th and spoke to another lady. She asked who I spoke to (I didn't know they never offered a name) so she said they'd have to "start again". Took the details of the missing screws and said they be sent out first class mail.

1 week later - Nothing.
It's now Sunday 30th August and I've now lost this bank holiday weekend and last weekend to finish building the shed and move bikes out of the garage which we needed to do, so now we're totally inconvenienced. It's SO frustrating having spent nearly £900 on a bike shed and still waiting 3 weeks after delivery to be able to use it.

I shall have to phone again on Tuesday and no doubt I'll be told they'll send them out but at this stage I've lost all faith in Asgard and their ability to resolve this issue.

UPDATE 2nd September : A set of screws arrived yesterday. The package was postmarked the 18th so it either took 13 days for Royal Mail to deliver the item or they were not sent out on the 18th as stamped. Either way, a complete now set of screws etc has arrived and I look forward to finally building my bike store.

2nd Update 2nd September : I just unpacked another order containing the Adjustable 2 bike rack which I ordered to complement the shed. Incomprehensively they have omitted to include the 2 Bike Rack units with the stand. These are not small parts or screws. They are a significant part of the order. Simply not included. So I shall now need to contact them again and ask them to send the missing parts. I just don't understand how something so significant can be missed. Shocking.

Update : Andy from Asgard has pro-actively taken accountability for this, and been very generous with the proposed resolution. It's refreshing when companies do hold their hands up and the manner which they seek to resolve issues is as important, because ultimately they are not going out of their way to inconvenience their customers and mistakes do happen. So fair play to Andy and Asgard, and looking forward to storing my bikes out of my garage soon.

Advised on delivery date being longer than usual before I ordered rather than taking the payment and then telling me,honestly up front,like that

The Asgard cycle locker is of excellent quality and we are very pleased with it. We have had another cycle locker for 25 years and it has served use well.

My only complaint is the very poor installation instructions and in particular the simple drawings which do not give precise information about aligning key items. I had to install the roof four times to correct small problems that would never have happened if there had been a few simple photographs. The videos on the Asgard website are useless they are of very short duration and do not show the critical areas for self assembly. I think Asgard should just update the instructions with a modern set of photographs and a few words to assist the owner assemble their shed or cycle locker.

We ordered a metal shed with an additional shelf - it was delivered as anticipated and we built it. The quality was good and went together well. On completion we realised that we had an incorrect bracket to complete the job. Contacted customer support and Zarah Jallani was very helpful guiding us through the process of getting a replacement bracket. This was arranged and sent out and we now have a perfect metal shed. Having purchased a smaller Asgard shed several years ago I was already aware of the quality. This shed being much larger was constructed very efficiently by two staff. Highly recommend Asgard because their sheds are really secure and need minimum maintenance.

We've bought eight sheds in total from Asgard, they are perfect for our needs and have lasted years. Recently we tried to purchase another shed for charity work and due to our location, Asgard said they would not accept the order. We offered to collect and install the shed ourselves and Asgard said that was not possible. Okay, fair enough. We asked Asgard to work with us to find a solution so that we could purchase the shed but their customer services supervisor was incredibly dismissive with poor communications. I've always raved about the service at Asgard but I would not recommend them now. There's always a solution if the customer and supplier work together but unfortunately Asgard don't agree, not the service they used to have sadly.

I wanted a good quality Metal Shed and I got it! It’s waterproof, secure, easy to clean and excellent quality. I back onto a Nature Reserve, the local rat population are extremely sad as they can no longer nest underneath!!! I love this shed as much as I love chocolate & red wine!!!

Phoned up and got some good advice. Product was ordered and delivered in good time.
