We found the company extremely helpful and accommodating. Prior to setting the tree we were disappointed and thinking of sending it back. In speaking with the company they honored my decision. Fortunately we set the entire tree up prior to making a final decision. The Delaware 3M Pre-lit tree is of high quality and well lit.

The company delivered as promised and stood by the service. We strongly recommend both this particular product and doing business with the company.

The tree is very convincing and was surprisingly straightforward to erect. It looks just like a real tree and the colour coded installation system was simple to understand.

Everybody comments ...What a great Christmas Tree

Tree was delivered in 2 working days as promised and looks fantastic, my only gripe is that the lights had a european plug on, I just expected that as being sold in the UK market they'd have a British plug! Slightly frustrating to have to get an adapter for a set of lights that cost hundreds of pounds!

The tree came super fast and well boxed (good carrier box). The tree looks perfect and really naturally, and it was really easy to assemble and as it was one with lights already installed it was so fast to set it up. It is simply beautyful and a hazzle free well made tree! Many thanks!

We have yet to put the tree together but we are very pleased with the look of the tree and can't wait to put it up and decorate it. We are planning to put it up this weekend, 1st December, so we can enjoy it for a month!

I was looking for a large, simple, good quality wreath and that is exactly what I got!!

Very fast delivery (ordered late Friday eve, arrived Wed morn), and tree looks great so far. Only given 4 stars as haven't put the tree up yet, but having opened the box and had a good look i think it'll look fantastic when i do. Really please with the service and would recommend this company. Happy customer.

Tree is as pictured, almost as the real tree

Very nice tree, prompt delivery. I also ordered a few accessories.
The only down side is that 4 of the Red Baubles were damaged. The box has been squashed.

Apart from that I am very happy with the service and quality.

Ordered my tree on the 28th of October at around 14>00 hours and received it 18:00 hours on the 31st. Was able to track the order all the way form the Netherlands to Scotland. Communication (email) was maintained all the time.
The actual time of delivery was sent by email and was accurate.
The product was as described and arrived in good condition.
A fantastic company to deal with and they use a very efficient courier service.

Fantastic service, ordered Thursday afternoon received tracking all the way to Uk arrived perfect monday morning have shopped around for a wide chunky tree in the Uk an let's face it they are pretty on the thin poky size even returned one from a Uk website as looked fab in pictures but was quite pathetic looking once It arrived but not this Christmas tree I ordered the large flocked tree and as fussy as I am the quality is amazing along with super quick delivery, very impressed ........ Simple to order, great videos of each tree type to make decisions easier. Was a bit nervous ordering a tree that i had not seen for real but not disappointed at all, awesome looking tree. Ordered late sunday night, in the house by wednesday afternoon, can't fault that!!
