Totally useless

Totally useless. I paid for express delivery, which promised the next working day. 9 days later, the order is still marked as “processing” it’s almost impossible to find a contact email, but when you do, they reply that it will be sent “soon”. That gives me no information whatever. I requested a cancellation and a refund, but have received no reply to that request. They just don’t care. I will need to request a refund through my bank now. I’m really disappointed and angry, this is a disgraceful way to treat customers

The Worst Customer Service

Hi,

I am really frustrated as I have been on waiting on the phone for over 2 hours and still there is no answer, I have contacted support on numerous occasions and a lady called Amy helped me however my issue was not resolved

I explained I do not have a Chip and Pin card so I can use this to make payments and collect points she did not get back to me. I have sent numerous emails and she told me it would be better to reply to the email and I have not got anything back. the service is appalling!

All I want is my account up and running! I don’t have time to be on the phone for over an 2 hours for it to be resolved. She did not have a resolution for me and just said she will get back to me to me and she didn’t!

I understand staff shortages but to misinform customers – all I want is my account to be up and running and to have a chip and pin card

its really annoying to be on the phone for this long! how can this be acceptable?!

Disgraceful service

Disgraceful service. Ordered a simple bus pass holder for my son’s birthday 2 weeks ago. Up to now, no delivery, no reply to emails nothing. Will probably have to go through my bank to get a refund.

Non-existent customer service

I don't know what's going on with the Arsenal shop. I ordered a personalised top for my son over three weeks ago, 14th August to be precise, with a five-day delivery time. 3 weeks later and still not received. They sent me an Email saying they had shipped but with no tracking number. The phone number for customer service on the email says out of service.
Finally Tracked down the number but no one answers.
Glad I'm not an Arsenal supporter as I'd be wondering if they've gone out of business. Totally miffed as I had to buy something else for my son's birthday.
The worst online shopping experience ever. Am now going to contact my credit card company to contest as there's no other communication avenue available.

They have made the website worse now it…

They have made the website worse now it use to be good last season with the questions and answers separated with bold text and plain text. Also, they use to do the match preview nice and colorful with the color what the teams that where playing would wear, now all the website is plain with extremely long writing.

Unfit for purpose and disrespectful to paying fans

Website and customer service are entirely unfit for purpose. Purchased a membership, purchased a ticket... No way of viewing them and no help offered. Forced to wait in a phone queue for over an hour and a half with the same message playing on constant repeat just to find out how to access tickets that I've paid a lot of money for. Unacceptable.

A shambolic good for nothing Service

A shambolic good for nothing Service. They not only alter your D.O.B in your profile, you don't even get a response when you complain via due process. Also delivery of items are the worst I've ever experienced from a retailer. I still await delivery of my shirt as I write. One will still wait on the phone for over two hours, just to complain, since no one responds through email, or portal chart. It needs total OVERHAULING!

Ordered a printed shirt on 5th August

Ordered a printed shirt on 5th August, nothing has arrived. On the phone for 1hr 30 mins on Wed and they told me its being printed and should be with me in the next few days. Rang today, on the phone on hold for 2 hours, then got cut off, back on the line and now in queue position 10. Needed the shirt before 1 Sep as it is for a friend abroad, now it won't arrive in time. Disgusting behaviour

BLOODY USELESS

Well i wish i hadnt bothered ordering from this RUBBISH show company. Im still on the phone 45 mins waiting for someone to answer and im still number 10 in q, do they only have one person answering the phone!!!!!
Ordered a shirt and a soft toy two weeks ago and was told it was 8 days for delivery, still says processing on the website. DO NOT TOUCH THIS WEBSITE WITH A BARGE POLE

Worst Online Shopping Ever

I only wish I had read these other reviews before ordering from Arsenal Direct. Ordered in plenty of time for my son's birthday told delivery in 5 days now 10 days later still unable to track my order or give me an estimated delivery date. No warning of delays when i bought it online. It also takes them 3 days to read and reply to an email. If you are going to be so rubbish at selling merchandise online they really should not bother. I actually paid more than going via Sports Direct expecting better service and wanting to contribute directly to my team. This stupid club lets multi-million-pound players leave for free, costing them champions league football but can't send out an overpriced shirt, shorts and socks when they said they would or bother to reply in a timely fashion when you request an update. Whoever is in charge of online merchandise should be sacked. Just read these reviews!!!

Don't even deserve a 1 star. On hold for another 2 hours trying to find out about an order that I've still not received. Position 10 in the que. Get to position 1 then they cut me off. Still no replies to any emails. Disgusting

Atrocious service. Money-grabbing liars

Just atrocious. Placed an order in plenty of time for my son's birthday. Soon realised it wouldn't arrive in time. After an hour and a half on hold was guaranteed the order would go out that night next day delivery. This turned out to be a lie. Second call, got through after half an hour. Told them to cancel the order as there was now no hope of getting it in time. Was told it was cancelled and I'd be refunded. This also turned out to be a lie.

These people are just a disgrace. They took my money knowing they couldn't fulfil the order in time. They then lied to us to get us off the phone, we had to have a difficult conversation with my son on his birthday and after all that they still have my money and we haven't had a refund or our order.

If they were deliberately setting out to outrage people they could scarcely have done a better job. Just another example of football clubs treating people like scum. Never, ever again.

It would be 0 rating if it was possible. Ordered an Arsenal shirt over two weeks ago, said it would be delivered within 5 working days. Tried to get through to Arsenal Direct five times and each time I get down to 1 in the queue then they put the phone down on me. Each time I have been put on hold for over 30 minutes as well, disgusting customer service. To top it off the Arsenal shirt is for a birthday present as well.

Wish I could give a 0 star daughter…

Wish I could give a 0 star daughter birthday Sunday 14/08/22 ordered away shirt with printing on the 01/08/22 and thirds kit on 3/08/22 with printing no order received as of 12/08/22 have spent 4 hours trying to keep calling after getting cut off each time have emailed and messaged on Facebook and Instagram and still no luck talking to someone order still says processing my daughter is going to be gutted if she don’t get them it’s a tradition to get one with her age every birthday I’ve even ordered off jd same shirts not sent as could not print what is going on with these Arsenal shirts now debating if to go to store in person and tell them to print my shirts there and then

Absolutely shocking!

Ordered a top for my son for his birthday on the 1st August said delivery will be between 5th - 8th August. Order still says processing on the 11th. Have emailed no response. Called numerous times get down to number 1 and they hang up. Got down to 27 and they hang up. I just want what i ordered!

Another waste of money and no one at…

Another waste of money and no one at the club gives a toss! £34 spent to try to get a ticket …. What a joke. The website is the worst I have ever encountered and the ticketing piece is diabolical! No indication of when I can try to look for a ticket … just says my membership permissions are invalid. Look at all of the bad reviews on this site..and not one comment from anyone at Arsenal! Just another indication of the complete disintegration of the club…money talks…just look at all the hospitality packages and the associated prices. Been a fan all my life (66yrs) but no longer.
