Took a while to be sent because of the holidays but once here we were happy. The cookies are huge! Some arrived as pictured others flat but were still big. Great taste.

Beautiful packaging, arrived on time, and the cookies were absolutely delicious. A real treat but also fantastic to send as a gift to someone.

Minimal options leaves you with an easy decision to make when it comes to buying baked products no likes to overwhelmed with multiple options that can leave you with a moment of uncertainty

Took 3 weeks to post although claims 7 days. Sent a box of 6 brownies instead of 9 (and they didn’t taste that great at all)

Customer service is non existent.

The cookies are amazing! The delivery and ordering was also fantastic, the cookies arrived way earlier than anticipated and they were perfectly intact.

You can always guarantee a taste sensation when you get arrival cookies. Pop it in the microwave and they are even more tasty when warm.

As someone who has ordered before and happy with delivery time and quality of product I am surprised & disappointed. Placed an order on the 23rd November during black friday sales. Was very understanding that the order may take longer to be delivered due to increased demand. After a week I contacted to ask when the order was going to be dispatched with the response that it would be sent by the end of the week. Fast forward a week after that and I had to contact them again to ask where it was, was told that it would definetly be dispatched that night or the following day. Now 3 days later and still has not been dispatched with no response from a further email. Now having to contact my bank to dispute the transaction due to failue to deliver goods.

Amazing cookies! They have got even better. A big hit in our family. Enjoyed warm and cold.

Bought arrival cookies about 4 times now and I think they are delicious cookies. They arrived in a timely manner and were very well packed and presented - will definetly use them again in the future and recommend them to family and friends

I ordered some cookies and brownies on the 23 November and I still haven't received them or any communication from the company with an explanation or apology for the delay. It has been 14 days since I ordered. I won't be ordering again.

The quality of the cookies is amazing. Fourth order in as many years and I’ve always been incredibly satisfied. The cookies are just as good every time and keep great in the freezer.

I ordered from them previously and had a great experience, so for my friends birthday i brought the brownies as a gift and some cookies for my office as a payday treat. The cookies were ordered on the 21st November 2023 and over two weeks later, I am yet to receive them. I have chased their customer service team several times and all they have said is, " we are very busy they should be with you within 7 days" Then it was "we are very busy, they will be with you by the end of the week" the end of the week has passed, I'm now in the middle of the next week and still have no order on the way.
I've missed my friends birthday and our office payday celebrations so it's completely pointless.
I feel like they put on an offer but can't deal with the demand and are now just fulfilling new orders as they have paid full price.
All my comments questions and requests in the emails have been ignored. Its terrible customer service and incorrect advertising as it says 3 days for delivery (which has now been updated to 7days).

Prompt delivery, delicious cookies

Delivered to Nephew in London for his birthday. Arrived on time and he said the brownies were the best he's had, he even tried them hot with some whipped cream. Would recommend also you need to try the red velvet cookies. AMAZING

The cookies are just DEVINE. They arrived when you said they would. Packaging is out of this world - literally! Plus you have discounts which just draws me in to buy more!

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Arrival, and both times they’ve been about 5 days late with no explanation. Bought both times as birthday gifts so have been late giving them and also makes it difficult when you don’t live near the recipients and was planning to gift them on the day. Cookies are good so can’t fault them on that. Just unreliable so probably won’t order again

I have ordered from arrival cookies twice now, and every time they provide me with a giant box full of the best cookies I have ever eaten. I’ve only ordered twice because my goal is to lose weight, not gain it!
The only reason why I’ve given them 4/5 and not 5/5 is because I would like to be able to select the cookies in my box as I usually have to hide all the bueno and Nutella from my partner so he eats the others

Just disappointed. Lack of flavor. Apart from the biscoff one, they all taste the same. A lot of money, would be just as good if not better to just buy regular fresh cookie from supermarket and warm them up. Won’t be buying again.
