I had always wanted to try out the ESE option on my Gaggia Classic and took advantage of the free taster selection from Aromo. Delivery was quick and the selection of flavours was excellent. The pods work really well and have produced an espresso I have never been able to get from grinding beans and doing it the messy way! I couldn't ever see myself going back, they are that easy and tasty to use! I look forward to getting my first order in as I have already run out of pods!

Having used the company to supply coffee for some 3 years, I placed my regular order on 21st May. By 27th May I had received only an email confirming the order. Usually I would get a despatch confirmation email. I called the company and was told it was going out that day on a next day delivery- no apology for delay.
Several days later I had still not received the delivery so called to be initially told the package had disappeared and would be re sent- fine I thought, these things happen. A few hours later a young guy called to say in fact the courier had delivered to a neighbour and the parcel had been signed by someone with a surname I did not recognise.

I live on a private road of three houses- at the time one of the houses was empty and the residents of the third house are good friends of ours and have a completely different surname from the one given by the courier.

The company said they needed to look into this further and would call back same day. 27 hours later I received a call saying that the courier delivered to my left hand neighbour- the house that has been empty for a few weeks!!
The only other possible neighbour is over 200 yards away and only reachable by car- in 13 years of living in my house and receiving deliveries at least 5 times a week no one has ever attempted to deliver to the house 200 yards away as it is completely senseless to do so. In addition no card was left to suggest that a delivery attempt had been made so I assume that the courier has not delivered anywhere.

I asked the guy at Aromo to get the address that the courier allegedly left the package at and he flatly refused expecting me to go on a wild goose chase to track down the package.

Aromo never once apologised or attempted to solve the problem and eventually the MD, Lewis, told me also to start knocking on doors. Just the worst handling of a customer complaint I have ever had. They will not last long if this is how they treat customers. I am allegedly receiving a refund but frankly the £35 is totally irrelevant. The sad thing is I like the coffee!

I love the coffee from our new coffee maker but soon got fed up with the mess in the brewing head. These coffee pods really give you mess free, great coffee. A good deal too!

We've never used pods before and were surprised how delicious they are. Will definitely buy again.

It is worth trying the different kinds of coffee they sell as they all have distinctive tastes.

I love my grinder and coffee machine but hate the mess Aromo provide great tasting ese pods which are remove all the hassle and mess in the morning

Tried Buzz,Bounce and Boost and whilst they were all good my favourite is Boost.Frequently drink cappuccino when out and about and nearly always need to order an extra shot to get the intensity of flavour I like, however I find I only need one pod of Boost to provide a perfect (large) cappuccino at home.

Having cleaned up after my partner for months, and avoiding using the Gaggia expresso machine myself due to the effort involved, I searched for a pod alternative to grounding our own coffee! , and I can't believe how hassle free aromo pods are!!! , my partner was converted straight away- amazing!

The sample was a perfect idea, as we have never tried anything other than freshly grounded beans, and the opportunity to try different blends first was great.

Can't wait to order 100 boost pods asap.

Just received my first order thank you. Great Service, Price good, Coffee ESE Decaf delicious. Yes I made a cup straight away, and when finished this review will be making another! Have tried many decafs from various companies and must say this is top of the list. Would recommend company and product 100% to anyone and will certainly be using as my main supplier from now on. One thing I would of liked is for the decaf to be a little bit stronger maybe 4 or 5. Will certainly be trying the others think next one will be Bounce for that little bit more strength even tho I have drank decaf only for couple of years, but love taste of Sumatran Mahandeling which is very hard to get hold of. Well done you guys A**

great coffee pods ESE for the delhongi machine. loved the taste and aroma and smoothness and the buzz from a top cup of coffee

I've been using my Delonghi espresso/coffee machine with normal ground coffee for a while but wanted to try the ESE pods. I received my sample pods in a few days and have really enjoyed trying the different varieties and love the pods as they are mess free. Will be ordering 100 more very soon - just need to decide which strength to go for.

Have just finished trying out aromo's range of ESE pods. They produce a good shot using my handpresso hybrid. Worth getting the trial pack before going for a box of 100 as there is a real difference between the varieties.

Having wanted to order some ese pods online the sample pack was a winner rather than buying a lot of pods and ending up not liking them ,they came quickly in the post and i am about to order 100 of the bounce.

You must try this coffee! Excellent taste & swift delivery both of product & taste. I heartily recommend it.

Great service from this online company. great value for money. The pods are a lot less messy and easy to use than with ground coffee. Strength and consentration always consistant. Highly recommended! Yum!

My coffee machine had been sitting dormant for a month as you can only get decent quantities of ese pods on line. I hadn't tried aromocoffee before and was drawn in by the funky packaging and catchy coffee names! I've been caught out like this before, but my box of coffee arrived today, quicker than expected and I brewed up. I bought 100 "boost" pods, as I like my coffee strong, and was really impressed! Combined with the strong flavour was a subtle fusion of tastes creamy, smooth, a hint of chocolate all with a fresh coffee boost. Tasted fantastic, a group of us share a nespresso machine at work and the subtle flavour of these pods knocked the socks off the stronger more acidic nespresso coffees.
Great flavour, subtle taste, lovely aroma, but may need to cut back on the packaging. HUGE box!
