On Aug. 23rd. 2025, Arnobeaumont was running a promotion of buy one watch get one free. I went ahead and put an order in for two watches. When my order arrived in mid September, I opened the box to 1 watch inside, I immediately took a video and receipt & sent to their support email. It took Arnobeaumont a week to respond, their response was underwhelming, it is now Nov. 1st and my order still has not been resolved. I ordered 3 for my grandsons Christmas presents back in September and you would not believe they never arrived. I spent 107 dollars. Please Please don't even entertain this company. Phone call is a joke.I would probably cuss them out...

I see everyone saying the same thing. I ordered on 9/29/2025 and the [watch] came in on 10/13/2025. I will definitely be suing for my money I paid for. The watch is at the most worth $15 for one and I paid the $50 for the buy one get one. I will ensure that they will be going filing for OUT-OF-Business soon. Messaging them is USELESS, Because they a bunch of clowns that scam off of a low quality product. My son doesn't even want to war the one that came in out of fear of being made fun of. What a fucķịng joke.

Ordered a buy 1 get 1... But like a dummy, I ordered 2... So I'm expecting 4 watches and 2 free watch containers... All I got was the 2 watches I paid for... And nothing else but excuses about they ran out of watches. Then you don't have a buisness if that is the case. On their website, it looks as if I got all 4 watches. The company is a scam... And looking at others say the exact same thing it's shameful. It took 25 days to even get the watch in the first place. I want what I paid for and I want it now... I'm getting tired of this... I bought the Watches on 9-2-2025 and it's 10-20-25 and nothing...

I ordered 2 watches and a carry case on a buy one get one free when delivery arrived only 1xwatch and nothing else when I contacted arno Beaumont they said they had run out of the other watch and carry cases and im still waiting for the others a month and a half on not great customer service and not a happy customer

I wish I had read these reviews before I made my purchase. I agree with two of the other reviews 1. The buy-one-get-one is a big lie. It took two months to receive. 2. I requested a refund via email and their website, and received absolutely no response from anyone. 3. I was charged a shipping protection fee without being asked if I wanted it, and it made it seem as if it was a part of the shipping. So, when tracking it, it showed that 1 of the 2 had already been shipped and delivered. Don't waste your money on this product and I agree that their website should be banned.

It's a complete scam. I never received any watch. Not the buy one, nor the get one free. Save your . I wish I would have read the reviews before attempting to purchase from this fake company.

They promise discounts & free items and they do not send them. They also do not reply to their emails. Also the quality of the watch does not seem the same as it does in the photos/video. Waste of money.

Waited almost a month for a cheap cardboard box, with an even cheaper feeling watch. I ordered two similar watches on Amazon for cheaper and came 5 times faster than this company. I will never order another watch from this company. Save your money and order elsewhere. I cant add pictures to show just how cheaply made the cardboard box this watch came in is.

Did not deliver product, lied about refund kept promising dates and nothing ever happens. They just keep sending emails saying how sorry they are and that they take your concerns seriously but don't actually care. 2 months after ordering and nothing has been done.

Total junk, don’t waste what little money they are charging you. Looks like a toy, feels like one but one get one free. Guess what they only send you one watch.
