Packages arrived perfectly, items were as advertised, proper invoice included. Definitely a place I can recommend.

Great service and very happy with my machine. I had some delivery issues (my own fault, I was moving house at the time and the graphics card came into stock quicker than I expected) but they were incredibly responsive to my emails and sorted everything out for me so my computer arrived at the house the same day I did.

Clean website that processed without issue.
Delivery was really fast and had communication at each step of the process.
Item was delivered as expected and working straight away.

Very good build of pc though had issues when arrived due to (transit) things coming loose i.e rear fan also the graphics card connection pins were loose to also the cpu fan was scratched and a few fins were bent due to (tranit) .

I would like to thank all the staff from Aria Pc including Roberts, Thomas Laing and Jamie and everyone that made my wish possible . I was looking from a graphics card for ages without success . Manage to get one from Aria Pc and i couldnt be more happy with their services and good communication. To whom ever added haribo sweets to my parcel you just made my day , a big thanks to you guys looking foward to do business with you guys and i will always recommend you guys to all NHS Staff , family and friends .

I recently purchased some parts for my new desktop computer from them. The prices are the best available, the products arrived swiftly and in good packaging, and I am very happy, as always, with my purchase from them. My only caveats here are their website isn't great for mobile devices if you wanted to use one to access their site, and they have some stock issues. (Which is completely understandable considering they're not a Massive retailer like OCUK or newegg, et cetera in addition to the current global supply issues.)

I bought an AMD motherboard in December 2020. To date, the motherboard does not work. USB ports don't work and it can't operate at gen 4 speeds.

I reported these issues at the start of February after tackling it for a month. They only replied a month later and asked me to wait for a resolution from Gigabyte. I was also promised a call back after speaking to them on the phone. No surprise... I never received a call.

This issue still hasn't been resolved. I've emailed them again and today they've asked me to wait until April instead of getting a refund or replacement.

Awful company to deal with.

I won't be using them again.

I ordered my Item at 16:28 (two minutes before the promise statement for orders to be shipped within the same working day up until 16:30). I did receive a confirmation of the order, promising a second email with tracking information for the DPD made delivery, which I did not receive for the rest of the evening. I assumed the shipping was going to be made today (the next working day) and I call it a day. Today first thing in the morning as I was starting my daily routine and making my coffee, my doorbell rang, with the DPD courier delivering the package to my amazement. It was my second order with Aria PC, the first one I did not write a review but I don´t remember any trouble. I had to write today though. Totally recommended trading company. Fast and reliable and good pricing as well. Thank you Team at Aria Pc!

*The issue you mentioned in your return request has been thoroughly tested and we could not reproduce it ourselves, we tried multiple CPU coolers and all worked.

*Our team have investigated your accusation that the motherboard you were sold had been used as we do not restock returned items. The goods came to us from an official ASUS distributor fully boxed with the manufacturers tamper proof seal so it was not possible you were sold a used motherboard.

*We found it was extremely inconsiderate that you took it upon yourself to break lockdown restrictions to return the goods to us, knowing full well that our retail store is closed due to these restrictions.

this was the response I was given after I submitted the honest review. Not only they blatantly lied about the tamper proof seal they dare say I broken lockdown rules. No rules was broken as a vaccinated citizen who took measurable precaution in a desperate attempt to salvage a pc for work purposes. Hopefully as you, a potential customer looking at a possible purchase from this retailer, read the response given by this scam of business decide to not purchase any goods as you too may face a circumstance which will lead you here.

ps - you delivered my product late therefore forcing me to come down and google stated your are open at the time I was making my way. So before you try weasel your way out, fix what you advertise. Underneath in atrix is the copy of the email sent to be which proves they have lied.

We will proceed with a refund for this item.

We would like to note that the item was not used prior to your ownership. Most motherboards are not sealed by the manufacturer as we track all serial numbers ourselves. It was booked into our stock and sold only to you.

Top service and delivery was on time plus the fitting of processor as well too marks

From ordering to delivery the service was excellent, the item was actually delivered a day early which was good, however trying to purchase more items, Aria pc is not accepting card payments over the phone, there by shutting the door to a lot of us,
