First time order.
First time ordering from an indie nail polish website. Bought Lotso and it's so beautiful. Ordering was easy, dispatch was fast and I received it really quickly. Very happy.

Great products!!
So I've ordered from Ard As Nails a few times, as she makes really great quality polishes at a reasonable price (much cheaper than most mainstream brands, and defo cheaper than most indies). The Owner of the brand recently had a black Friday sale, where I was able to snag a bottle of my favourite topper "Mars" and some really interesting oops polishes (I hope she makes more of them, they are fantastic!)
The delivery was super quick too, and I was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived to me on Sunday, just two days after I made my order.
My only issue - and it's not too much of an issue, as I will continue to use the polish - is that the new bottle of Mars is different to the previous polish that I own, and gives the polish underneath a grey tinge to it.
Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase, and will definitely order from Ard As Nails in the future!!

Delayed but positive
After my order I had to contact customer services as hadn’t received my package-I had to do this twice over a 5 day period before I got a response but then response was decisive and positive-another package was couriered and I received my package (previously gifted and I love the head to toe butter-mandarin and sandalwood) in the end 17 days after I had purchased it.
