I think this has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire existence. I purchased an item in December 2020 and 3 months later still nothing. I have contacted customer service several times, all replying with the same generic email. I have asked for a refund but have not received any email confirming this. The website is massively outdated and honestly the most frustrating to navigate. DO NOT SHOP HERE if you want to receive goods in a timely manner. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I ordered two pairs of safety boots for my son - one was too big and one too small. The process of ordering was OK and the items were delivered promptly. However, returning the items was a different experience. After about 4 days the courier came and picked them up, and 10 days later I am still waiting to receive the refund. I have contacted the company three times so far and have now been assured the refund is 'being processed' however on the second call, one of the customer service team asked me who I had spoken to in the previous call, and when I said I did not recall the name, he told me that was of no help and that there was nothing he could do if I didn't know the name of the person I had spoken to a few days earlier. It was rude and unhelpful. He said he would try to look into the matter and call me the following day, which he did not. I had to call again to try and get some clarity on what was happening.

In the end I went to a local branch of Screwfix where I was able to get the boots without any hassle.

Treated myself to buying a 18G2000 Arco Orange GORE-TEX Hi-Vis Coat & during the first outing in bad weather my arms were saturated up to the armpits. I realised that this was unlikely to be because of the material (whilst not as fantastic as the hype would have you believe, Gore-tex does work better than most alternatives) but rather the knitted storm cuffs which tracked the water up the inside lining. This particular job was mainly spent supervising so my arms were predominantly down, meaning that the rain didn't simply get in that way. I'm not sure which genius decided that these over-the-top cuffs would be a suitable feature for a wet-weather jacket but the fact is that they are not, and a quick examination of any serious mountaineering jacket will highlight the fact that Arco need to educate their designers in real-world conditions. I've had no choice but to cut off these ridiculous cuffs & stitch up the wounds but this shouldn't be a requirement for such an expensive product. Get a grip, Arco: this is an easy fix & you can simply turn this into a decent product as every other feature seems to be fine.

Just visited Arco near Blackburn and dealt with a girl called Vicky and a lad I believe his name was Steven. Just a fantastic service from start to finish from them both. They couldn't have been anymore helpful if they had tried. They were both really knowledgeable and helped me massively. The only problem was I ended up coming out with far more than I went in for :) I definitely will be returning and just wish I could get service like this everywhere I shop.

Only wish Arco sold sofas as I have to go buy one this afternoon and I'm sure I won't get the same care and attention :)

Be very careful with your credit or debit card when purchasing online from Arco. they take pending payments that they have not been authorised to. I don't know how they do this but it is surely illegal? i will be speaking to trading standards about this disgraceful practice.

A professional organisation providing a good level of servcie.

Goods arrived 5 months after ordering, with no communication at all. I then had to pay more than was quoted at time of ordering. Customer service like talking in circles with no resolution, they were not interested in how I felt or whether or not I would order with them again, which if course I will not!

Excellent service every time we go in there.
Their safety wear is tough & washes really well even on a hot wash.
Would recommend the embroidery service for the clothing, doesn't lose its colour when washed.

The girls and nick are a great help every time I go in please send them my thanks.

Very friendly staff, took a while to find my order, but we got there in the end.
If they don't have an item they are happy to order it from another branch.

The staff at Arco are always willing to help out and they find the best pricing they can for you they are not the cheapest out there but you get quality you pay for.

Poor customer service following a £400 purchase that has since stopped working. Waiting on suppliers engineer to come service the machine, but its brand new. Would think replacement would be the quickest solution.

i have never had any problems always very help when i order items on your website they have always been delivered on time excellent company to deal with.
