Horrible and disrespectful service.
This is the fourth and final time that I have given Arby's in Sapulpa Oklahoma a chance. Every time I go I am treated very disrespectfully and like my daughter does not matter to them. My visit today resulted in basically being screamed at the snotty nose kid in the Drive-Thru window that he had given me my change back, even though he had not he also stood and argued with me for 4 or 5 minutes that he did not want to and would not give me two sauces and at the end of the visit when he finally gave me the sauces that I requested he threw my order at me through the drive-thru window and then he slammed the drive-thru window in my face!! I sat there until tell he opened the window again and told him that I wanted to speak with his manager. He very disrespectfully told me that I didn't need to speak with the manager. I told him that I was going to sit there in his drive-thru line and hold up traffic until I spoke with his manager. She finally come to the window and I told her about how rude, unaccommodating and disrespectfully that her snotty nose employee treated me. I told her that I would be calling headquarters and that I would be Plastering it on Facebook how employees of Arby's treats their customers. She apologized and said she would speak to the employee about it. I told her to never mind because the last several times I have been through their drive-thru and inside the store I have been treated the same no matter who the employee was. Today is the last day that I will be frequenting Arby's!!

Train your people in basic customer service !! Standing at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for service is unacceptable! Then to have a snotty-nosed kid THROW my items at me is beyond insulting ! Will NOT be back !! There’s too many OTHER places to eat.

Ordered chicken strips / mac and cheese. Both were under the heatlamp too long and inedible. Mac and cheese like hardened paste, and couldn't even bit into the dried out chicken strips. When it's time to throw products out, Arby's chooses instead to give me their garbage in exchange for my money. NEVER AGAIN! This has happened many times. All of us are fighting inflation too Arby's, but we don't pass our garbage on to others. you are doomed for the future if you continue in this dishonest way of treating/mistreating your customers for your gain.

Excellent customer service
Over the top employees with the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Not a customer per se, but a third party driver for pick up orders. Got caught in a horrendous rain storm while waiting for pick up. Not only were the three employees the friendliest and most helpful, securely wrapping up the food so it would not get drenched in the rain, but one of the employees, a young lady, actually borrowed an umbrella and helped me to my car so my order would not get soaked. I don't live in the immediate area, but would recommend this store to all. All three employees were over the top helpful with the order and if I lived closer, I would definitely be visiting that Arby's. Kudos to Arbys for hiring such wonderful employees. This store is at 19411 Times Circle.

Train your people in basic customer service skills! My wife and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone greeting us and saying we will be right with you. Four or five workers in the kitchen and not one said a word to us. We left and will not be back. You suck!

Sad Chicken Wrap
If you're expecting to receive a chicken wrap as represented in the tv commercials & online, you're gonna be very disappointed. It looks like a half chicken breast to me. Much to my surprise, I got a single chicken strip in a small wrap, about 6" long. Additionally, the small curly fry order was laughable. Won't be returning anytime soon.

There was a young lady that helped me today. Millard Omaha, location, Order #210 Station K01, dated 05.01.24 at 11:56am drawer 2 and she was awesome. She had a different name that I could not remember but you need to give her a raise. Smiled, friendly, and just very helpful. The 2 for $6 chickens were good and filling. I will be back. Thank you. You need to bring back the fish sandwich and the cord on ble sandwiches.

Palm bay Malabar Arby's went above and beyond what I was expecting. There was a discrepancy with my order and they made it right with minimal complications. I walked away a satisfied customer. WOW! I was surprised by all the bad reviews until today. Today last day of April free sandwich month but the app wouldn't give me my free sandwich. Called customer service and they said the last 2 days were grouped in with last week and I got a sandwich on April 22nd.
When I went to school a week was 7 days. Today is 7 days exactly. I was not offered any sandwich by customer service. Just a well that's how we did it. Apology & I understand the frustration.
Nope ya don't! I was looking forward to that last free sandwich. I can't afford those sandwiches on my disability. I usually have to get sliders and at happy hour.
I think it would benefit Arby's to read these reviews and do better.

Amazed that a manager could not adjust my on-line bill so that I did not lose my bogo sandwich deal. It does not seem like a hard task, instead I lost my meal and the bogo deal!
WASTE OF HUNGER/TIME/MONEY
I waited for 21 minutes and 19 seconds for two sliders and a small curly fry. They had 4 people in the kitchen, so there's no excuse for this. Both sliders and the fries were cold and looked pitiful. I recommend you save your money rather than visiting this restaurant. To be rested across from ECU is a prime location that should be granted to a business that can uphold a certain standard. This is completely unacceptable and I will ensure none of my colleagues waste their hard earned money at this ridiculous.

I just want corporate Arby’s to know I have always had great service at my location in Lewistown PA. The crew at this location always is always kind friendly and goes at of their way to make my visit great. I know most of them by name. Please let them know I think they are the best. I go there to eat at least once a week and sometimes I stop again for a snack like chicken tenders. Also I really like your fish sandwich.

We went to the South Point Ohio store 4/6/24. We were over charged. He rang in an extra fry. I had no idea they no longer sale roast beef deluxe, so I took my receipt back up to the counter, the one employee he told me it came Mayo lettuce tomato. A female came up and informed me they no longer sale them... so I was charged .79 for tomato and .79 for shredded lettuce. I ask about the extra charge the male that was telling me these things rolled his eyes at me and said "oh my God" as he walked away!!! We spent $45 this visit which I will never ever go to this store again, I will either go to Ashland Ky or Huntington Wv.... so you just lost a person who frequents this store. I think the employees need repormend or suspended for their actions!!
