Every thing was fine with my cooker hood purchase. The only slight thing was a definitive reminder of the delivery date by e-mail would have been good, and on that date that my purchase was on its way.I did get a phone call from the delivery driver when near to the house. to check for any problems .When it arrived he was brillianr and carried it into the house for me.
