This site was recommended by MSN which spotted the product we were about to buy somewhere else at £90 less on Appliance House.

The two garden chairs and table were excellent quality and delivery within a few days with great communication. Brilliant product and service thank you. Also pleased with the saving.

Outstanding company!! Easy to navigate website with some of the lowest prices on the Internet. Was constantly kept updated on my order which was delivered the next day which is pretty impressive for a large item.
The bbq itself was fairly easy to put together with easy to read instructions, probably took me about a hour or so.
I would highly recommend this company.

Having ordered previously 2 Evoline sockets and had great service I had no hesitation to reorder a replacement when I broke it with a sauce bottle. The order arrived and was faulty, one of the plug sockets on the unit didn't work.
Firstly it felt like I was treated like I was lying, having to take video's etc. Not sure why I would lie about a plug socket I paid £195 to replace was faulty. However after much evidence I was believed and I returned the socket and a new one arrived. The new one didn't match the existing one I had, and so I provided pictures and evidence again, including photos of serial numbers. After much back and forth by email I was eventually cut off from any reply, so I sent a curt email and eventually someone responded. I then got a call from a chap who had not a clue and was really rude to me. Since then I have had curt responses without even a salutation signing off. I have been told there are no issues with the product which there clearly is and have been offered a measly £20 off if I want to purchase another new unit. Which I don't as this would be the third new unit. I had previously asked as a resolution that I return the unit and that that and my existing unit are replaced for which I am more than happy to send both back, in order to make sure the units match. As in total now I have spent £600 on the sockets for my kitchen which is only 12 months old. A great customer service response would have been to say, Mrs... send both units back and we will replace both to make sure they match and you are a happy customer. I won't ever use this company again unless I have to!! It seems its the only place to purchase these sockets so I may well have to.

I have previously sent the pictures that you said the manufacturer requested and a video. I am tired of being in your communication loop with the manufacturer. Their problems are not my problems as I am your customer. I just wanted to have matching units and in the long run the only way to get that I can see is to replace the existing one as well, which I am not prepared to do at £194 per socket. The first one sent out did match, it just didn't work. I give up! Terrible to keep going round in circles in stead of finding a solution that keeps your customers happy. Its been going on for weeks.

Excellent service and great communication with status updates after the wrong part was sent to Appliance by the manufacturer.

Very keen prices on a broad range of goods. (this order was for a garden store ) Response to order was very quick and excellent updating about delivery etc..which was 3 days--excellent.

Ordered 4 items that showed in stock with 2-3 day delivery. Over a week later they email to tell me, items not in stock, will be with you in 2 weeks. I requested a refund and they ignored this stating the items can now be delivered sooner but keep pushing back the delivery dates. Dont use unless you if you have a time schedule to keep to.

We can dispatch the in stock items 2x AX1156 Round Overflow for delivery tomorrow.
The 2x AX1136 Basket Strainer Waste are due in stock on Friday for delivery to you next week.

Why would you lie and say the item was being dispatched on the 13th May when you don't even have it in stock. Again I would like a refund as I have now sourced the overflow elsewhere.

Great product, not sure it's worth the price but certainly can't fault it. Great minimal look and no sockets in the splash back with this option.

We were extremely satisfied with the help given by Alistair. Having helped with speedy delivery and subsequently rectifying wrong appliance choice (which was our fault). I would not hesitate in recommending Appliance House to anyone. You were an unknown company to us before searching on the internet but now will be my go to choice!

Very pleased with this company I called them and spoke to a very helpful member of staff. My order was confirmed quickly, received updates and arrived on time given. Very pleased and would recommend.

Delivery was a little slow, but good communication why the item was late.
