I called in today without prior arrangement on the off chance that I might buy a trailer suitable for my needs. The Sales Manager (Hannah) gave me every assistance and even earmarked one for me under construction at that time to be made ready for taking away in an hour. The collection and purchase were completed perfectly and I towed the new trailer home (over 200 miles) without fault. The trailer is beautifully made and finished and tows superbly. Clearly built to last. The trailers are MADE IN ENGLAND by this highly committed and professional family firm. Superb product, service and customer care. I recommend Apache Trailers one hundred percent. Look no further.

Just bought a trailer from Apache and I can honestly say my faith in British companies has been restored. I not only received excellent customer service from Hannah and Richard, I got a really competitive price too. My new trailer is my pride and joy and having now used it for 2 months it is everything that was promised and far more besides. Thank you so much Apache, 5***** all the way.

Apache trailers have been an absolute pleasure to buy from. The customer service from start to finish has been above and beyond. Every member of staff we have spoken to,including John, who delivered the trailer to us, has been polite and helpful. The trailer is just what we wanted and it was delivered quickly to our house, making life even easier. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

It all started back in June whereby a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman quoted me for a box trailer for my classic scooters as time was tight I asked him to leave until I returned home, as we were on our way home Brenda my good lady wife suggested we call in and take a look, on arrival we were greeted by a couple of hard working lads who pleasantly directed me to Adrian’s office it came as no surprise that he was quoting someone for another trailer, so I cheekily asked the young lady to assist she was onto it in a flash knew her onions but more to the point her prices, when asked if I could take one away she consulted another gentleman who insisted that they would do whatever it took to get a deal done, it was I can only say an absolute pleasure not only to meet these people but the gentleman Richard was her father and mum came to the party not too long after, I bought a brand new quality product which in the pricing reflected excellent value for money a guarantee and virtually every man and his dog helping us to get sorted taking my scooter and rack off the motorhome and securing into the trailer, many thanks to everyone for your prompt efficient and timely service was an absolute pleasure doing business with you all enjoy the wine and chocs thank you Mike and Brenda Kelly

We’ve just bought a British made Apache 8x4 single axle ramped trailer with cage, props & a spare wheel, It’s fantastic, super tough, hot dipped galvanized steel unlike these Polish trailers that are as flimsy as tissue paper & dent when you sneeze, & we’re very proud of it, the people who build the Apache trailers & the staff that we’ve delt with who’ve treated us with the upmost care & attention who’s attitude seems to be, “Nothing is too much trouble” we’ve been treated like old family friends. We’ve owned trailers from the two biggest named trailer companies in GB (& most stolen) & yes, they’re good but well overpriced. We’ve bought a brand-new Apache for the same price (or less) than a second hand ten yr old with a well-known trailer company name on it. It’s called Badge etiquette. Stick around because Apache is soon going to be “THE TRAILER TO HAVE.” We’d only seen Apaches from piccys on their adverts & were concerned about the quality, well don’t be they’re as tough as old boots, (sorry, new boots.)
Apaches head office is in Bromsgrove & we’re in London, but a year ago we took a chance & bought an SUV from Hull on the word of the salesman without seeing it & they did us proud so we took the chance with Apache & they’ve done us proud as well! (Don’t worry about long distance buying you’re covered!) My wife & I are both ex lorry drivers so we know what we’re talking about, we can’t see us ever having to buy another trailer again at our age, if we do it’ll be an Apache guaranteed!
Adrian, Hannah, Richard & Julia were amazing, from the initial inquiry (through ebay) right to the end. Adrian went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase and delivery was super quick. Even Jason & John the delivery drivers (who people always forget about) were so informative & complete gentleman. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Apache are no cowboy company & wont scalp you or put an arrow in your back, the greatest chief of all the Apache tribes in the old west was “Geronimo”, we’re sure he would have said, This Apache Trailer company is whoompam good! (& we don’t speak with fork tongues.)
It had been sitting on our drive for one day & I got a txt from our friend Matt as follows:- Just gone past your place & seen your new sexy looking trailer she’s a beauty 😉
After 38yrs of marriage I still say my wifes sex on legs, now I’ve got sex on wheels as well lol! Thanks Apache!
P.S. We don’t say our trailer now, we say “our Apache!”
