What good service. I bought a large diamond painting but in the end I was short a lot of diamonds. I passed this on to the service and they ensured that everything will be resolved and that I received the necessary diamonds. great service.

I placed an order on April 7, 2024. I received 3 of the items, but not the 4th one. I have sent emails but got no reply. I have a tracking number, but when I enter it I got a message saying they don't have any information from the carrier. What else can I do to find out if I am even going to get it or not?

Customer service is excellent! It took around 12 hours for a response because of time differences however, they were extremely helpful and were able to assist me.

I love the beautiful bright colors and there are so many to choose from no matter what your taste is. The prices are very reasonable and my order arrives within the time frame they give you. I placed an order yesterday and through something I obviously did wrong, it went thru two times. Sent them a message as soon as I noticed asking to have 1 order cancelled and funds credited. I ordered the illuminated applicator. I ordered 3 and 2 are broken. They light up but the the tip is broken and are unusable.

I've just received my order today which is 40cms X 30cms. It has some creases but I think with the help of something heavy on it, I'll manage to work on it. Very friendly staff and quick to respond. Can't wait to start working on it... thx Annebuy 😉

This company is awesome, quick delivery and helpful with questions.

Bought a diamond painting 40x70. The canvas have deep creased on it. Sent e-mails to Annebuy showing the picture of very badly creased canvas. Annebuy gives me the runaround. They do not want to take responsibility for their badly creased canvas. Did what they suggested which is to put heavy books on the canvas. Did not work. Dishonest seller. Will stop buying from Annebuy. Marie
