Been working with Andy and Josh for a few months now on the Get New Clients Academy Program, they have both been super helpful, professional and motivating to help me achieve better results for my business. I have followed Andy's world class training since I attended a Passion Into Profit event back in 2016. I attended power to achieve in 2018 and within a couple of weeks I invested in attending the public speakers university 4 day event. This changed my life. I’ve also had 1–1 coaching with andy and sent some of my team to his training. I first came across Andy at another event, I signed up and found the content to be great value. I then decided to sign up to the highest level of training. Again I found this very good value, the community group is very powerful and the connections I’ve made alone in that group were worth the investment. I attended elite and absolutely loved it you learn everything you could want to know relating to public speaking. I had my investment back almost immediately and I found it that much value my partner done the same training.

Andy is very direct if you’re looking for the kind of mentor that will pat you on the back and lie to you to make you feel good he’s definitely not for you. If you’re wanting to learn top class skills to scale your business, be pushed, motivated, supported and someone be honest with you to get results then you’ll not find a better mentor.

Andy Harrington said in a mentoring session "I had a prospective sale, and he said he couldn't afford to pay for the course. I asked him what he'd do if his child was sick and needed surgery. He'd find the money then, wouldn't he? So he could find the money for this." This sums up Andy Harrington far better than anything I can say.

It seems that Andy Harrington is like Marmite - according to the reviews on here, you either love him or hate him, nothing in between. So, why is that?

I had never met or interacted with Andy before, but after seeing his adverts I signed up for his "Get New Clients Now" course in September. It's not cheap, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. It was actually half the price of someone else who I considered working with in 2019. But Andy's course is 10x better!!

As soon as you join, Andy and his team start by walking you through their own marketing process, step by step. With nearly 20 years in the industry, he understands this better than anyone I have ever met.

There is plenty of help and support available, and a great community of like minded people on the same path. Although it took me a little longer than some of the other people on the course (that was due to me, not Andy!), I am absolutely delighted with the result. Special thanks are due to Josh Harrington for his patience in helping me get everything up and running smoothly.

As with anything in life, you have to do the work to get the result. So I have worked hard and produced a stunning product. Even better than Andy promised in his marketing material.

Hence I have no hesitation in giving this five stars. I would definitely give it six if the option was available.

I paid in 2019 for a course that was due to take place in 2020 but was cancelled the day before the event due to Covid. It was rebooked for June 2020, again that was cancelled and I was told it definetely would take place in early October 2020. Mid September I heard nothing from them so I called and was told it would not be happening in October, I would have to wait until sometime in 2021. I told them I would not be able to attend in 2021 due to other commitements and requested a refund. They told me as it was past their 14 day refund policy I was not entitled to a refund, I explained they had held my money for over a year and had the chance in August 2020 to hold the event with 30 people attending (I was told when I booked they kept the numbers small so everyone got the attention they needed during the course) and they had cancelled it 3 times, so should have done the decent thing and offered people their money back rather than me having to request it back via my bank.

This review has been about your customer service approach which I found very dismissive of my circumstances for requesting a refund after 3 dates being cancelled by your company not the training as I have no experience of that and I was very much looking forward to it in person. I am happy I got my money back now and I wish Andy Harrington & Co all the best for 2021.

I paid £24000 for they call “Elite” membership, just before COVID erupted and all the events got cancelled. I wrote a request in April to continue virtual coaching, but got no reply. I then wrote a few more requests over the course of 2020 to refund at least part of my money, but got no reply. Both from the main fraud, Harrington, and from his sales dogs, who were very friendly trying to steal another £3000 from me in January for something called “lifetime membership”. Now all of them were silent like graves.

If you want to pay money and get a lesson on how not to feed fraudulent organizations like this, well, go ahead. Otherwise, better save that money for a better purpose.

Andy usually sticks to the walls some printouts of Facebook posts of the success stories of his clients. Will he print the trustpilot reviews for his next live event? Help him make his work famous!

A gang of dishonest and deeply unprofessional people. Stay away from this.

My husband and I were some of the VIP attendees to Andy Harrington's Millionaire Mentor Event in September of 2019. Andy came across as sincere and genuinely interested in helping people reach their potential. So, after coaxing us to sign up for his "Public Speakers University" programme, I did just that and paid a deposit of £780 as I could not afford to pay the full amount in one go. Unfortunately, after that event in September, my husband fell seriously ill which led to him being hospitalised for a very long time. With two young children and husband to take care of including that our training business closed because my husband was the main trainer, I decided to write to Andy Harrington in December to request the refund of the deposit I paid via his email addresses but I did not get a response to my emails until February 2020 when one of his colleagues replied to tell me that a refund will not be made to me as they do not have a cooling-off period for the programme I paid a deposit for and that they will hold the deposit until such a time that I am able to pay for the programme in full. I was shocked to hear this because I would not have paid the deposit had I known this was the case! This was particularly painful because I truly trusted Andy and believed every word he said especially about him wanting to help people. My financial situation has been altered drastically with COVID 19 as the proverbial nail in the coffin and yet Andy Harrington has repeatedly refused to refund me my money which will help ease my family's financial woes. I had hoped that at the very least I would have received my refund with a small deduction for an administrative fee. This experience has really made me question everything and to trust no one especially Andy Harrington and other so-called life and career coaching gurus including the popular ones we see advertising every day on social media platforms. Initially, I was ashamed and felt like a failure for not being able to make the full payment; I also thought that I was the only one who was having this problem with getting my money back from Andy Harrington and his likes but to my surprise, there are quite a few of us and the number is growing. We are now working with some people who are looking into this for us with a view to shining a bright light on and ultimately bring a resolution to the victims (myself included) of this kind of hand-twisting and unfair business practice.

I first met Andy at the 3 day free event 'Millionaire Mentor' and realised what a master of his craft he is.

There must have been 300 people in the room at that event, yet the eye contact and words from Andy made it feel like he was talking directly to me like i was the only one in the room.

I wanted to start my own coaching business and the program Andy was teaching and the subsequent programme on sale was pitched perfectly and exactly what i was looking for.

I signed up to the Public Speaker Academy and it has absolutely been a positive life changing investment.
Like anything in life though, you only get out what you put in and Andy's programme is no different.
There's training modules to work through, content to create and speaking practice and feedback sessions with Andy's coaching team.
All of this is designed to help you get the most out of the programme.
This will take you to the boundaries of your comfort zone, however as they say, this is where the growth happens.

Being part of Andy's Speaker University has the massive benefits of being part of a wide network of Entrepreneurs going through the same training. This
offers great opportunities to learn from one another, support each other and can gives opportunities to speak at each others events.

I say go for it, invest in you!

I started out with a passion, and a desire to reach out into the community and develop that passion into a viable full-time business, but I had very little technical experience or business know-how with which to do it. But I can tell you that working with Andy Harrington has totally changed my view of what is possible not just for me, but for my clients too. He is a fantastic motivator and his knowledge and expertise are both inspirational and based on years of experience.

If you want to grow and develop your own business; if you have dreams of reaching a bigger audience or you know that what you have to give is being limited by your current knowledge & experience, than you won't regret working with Andy, I can promise you that.

I was due to attend one of Andy's event's in June. His team flat refuse to give me a refund.

I appreciate circumstances were out of everyone's control, but why not issue a refund when requested? As per my rights.

I'm told the dates will be rearranged when it is safe to do so. But this is not the resolution I want, or am entitled to.

Very frustrated.

I went along to one of Andy Harrington's seminars. To this day, I would say it was the best I ever attended. He is a gifted communicator and his way of the looking at the world provides a very useful toolkit for anyone trying to improve their communication. I can't vouch for his business overall, but the 4 hours I spent in the audience at his event were highly useful.

Endless emails and there's no way of unsubscribing. Very annoying and surely breaking GDPR.

Brilliant, loved the Speakers University course. Energy on the course was fab, especially after the first day nerves. So much more to it than I expected, many good business tools which can be used in all types of work and in many different ways, not just public speaking. I met great people too and many of Andy's staff are really lovely people. Sales techniques are brilliant and personally I did not feel pressured into paying for the next course, which I would still love to do. I actually put a deposit down for it and then was not able to continue with is this year, the customer service was excellent and I was refunded in full. I still have access to all the course info which is also a great tool to have as there was so much to learn. I highly recommend it to anyone. :)

Andy Harrington's dentist must be a rich and happy chappy. no-one else who knows him thinks he has anything they want beyond a polished veneer. The snake-oil salesman in Josey Wales was more charming and credible.

I did go to one of his events about a year ago and liked his style but trying to get mentoring was not possible as they thought my business was not a great fit but was able to see that there are better options out there. Not sure why they felt that but not really a loss for me but a win will continue to press on without their help.

Absolutely terrible. At passion into profit you get manipulated (or even hypnotized) into buying speakers university course which leads to just more money spent. That's just complete waste of money and you can learn about things he's talking about in the internet without paying a couple of thousands.
If you like wasting money then sure, go for it. But you may as well throw them to trash can. I think no one likes to admit that he lost money so people here pretend like everything was ok. Or negative reviews are getting removed instead, who knows..
