I could not finished this review without mention Jurie the salesman. He was very polite, friendship and helpful, he helped us on find the perfect car for my family.

Best service ever

Best service ever. Have a Santa Fe and the reception was amazing. Will recommend to drive Hyundai just for the quality of the car also the service.

Jurie was so friendly and helpful but no pressure

Jurie was so friendly and helpful, but not in a fake nice way you get with a lot of car sales staff. He greeted me and offered help, while also respecting my time constraints which were crucial to me. He helped me narrow down my choice quickly and took me on test drives the next day. At no point did he make me feel pressured, he didn't do the big sell just genuine facts about the choices I'd picked and no question I asked was too much trouble. I'd 100% recommend him and Ancaster Shepperton to any potential buyer. I'll certainly be back.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Ancaster Group today.

I had booked an appointment weeks in advance for a diagnostic check regarding a noise issue with my car. However, when I arrived, I was told—without any prior notice—that they were unable to carry out the appointment due to staff shortages and a high number of customers.

At no point was I contacted to cancel or reschedule. This meant I wasted time travelling to the dealership for no reason, despite waiting several weeks for this booking.

When I raised this, the response from the service staff was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or offering a proper solution, I was given vague options and spoken to in a poor tone. When I asked to speak to a manager, the situation still wasn’t handled appropriately, and no clear resolution was offered.

This could have easily been avoided with a simple phone call or message. Basic communication and customer service standards were lacking.

Due to this experience, I’ve now booked with Epsom Hyundai instead, and I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this dealership based on how this situation was handled.

Highly Recommend

The process at Ancaster Nissan Heathrow was straightforward and professional. I appreciated that there was no pressure at any point, which made the experience more relaxed. I took my car in for a service and was very pleased with how it went. Everything was straightforward, and I was kept informed at every stage. The mechanic I spoke to was polite and made the process feel very easy. It’s clear they know how to make things run smoothly, and the communication throughout was appreciated. If I need anything else done, I'd definitely consider going back here in the future.

I booked my vehicle in for MOT and servicing which was done on the agreed time. Mike was very professional and made sure the job was delivered on time and even kind enough to wash and polish my car after the servicing. I am glad I chose Nissan. They did such an amazing job. I have not regretted booking in my car with Nissan.
