Disappointing purchase
I recently bought a set of monogrammed white men's handkerchief and requested WO as the monogram initials but received hankies with WD initials. I was shocked and terribly disappointed. At the very list I should have been warned at the point of purchase that WO would come out looking like WD. Needless to say the purchase was a waste of money because the hankies could not be used for their original purpose.

Hi Adewale, Sorry you did not care for the customised hankies. If you would have emailed us first we could have had a chance to satisfy your requirments. The embroidered handkerchief set you choose is the diamond block monogram initials as pictured. It is the only one sewn in that style out of hundreds of hanky sets on our entire shop. The letters WO are shaped in a diamond block so the lettering style is artistic in a diamond shape. There are pictured examples of the lettering on the listing. The title and the description support this. If you had asked about this particular diamond block monogram before ordering we would have been happy to show you a virtual embroidery example.
Your order was completed and dispatched the same day. Delivered within 48 hours and the quality and workmanship we provide is high standard.
Unfortunately, after browsing our many styles of embroidered handkerchiefs you selected this one particular diamond block monogram gift set and do not care for the design you have choosen. A one star review is unreasonable. You really should have contacted us for help to be fair.
