Ordered a ring thinking it would arrive looking like the pictures. Also that I was getting a good deal as less than half usual price. Don’t get me wrong, I wasn’t expecting a high end piece of jewellery, but what I have received isn’t even close to low end!
So disappointed. It just looks so cheap and fake. I have no idea what jewellery they use to photograph, but it certainly isn’t what you end up getting.
Was looking at the refund policy but reading other reviews on here I don’t think I’ll even bother trying.
DON’T buy from this company. They have the cheek to write on their website that they have over 10,000 5 star reviews!!!!

Do not use this company. I ordered a ring, it never arrived. The courier did an investigation and concluded the parcel was unaccounted for. I'm on week 6 of trying to illicit some sort of customer service from this company. They do not respond to emails or messages left via their contact form. They also delete negative messages from their Facebook page. So I have no ring, no refund and no response.

Omg. The worst company. Totally fake. Ordered an impulse buy ring from Amy’s boutique. Followed guidelines on measuring a it’s huge. Doesn’t look like any of the pictures. Heart is on squint and isn’t even solder on the back. Paid by PayPal to request a refund but didn’t realise that if I was in conversation with them on the PayPal site that if I did t escalate (even though they took ages to reply) my case would get closed. Just recieved email now from Amy’s boutique to say my ring is fine - it clearly isn’t. Waste of money and time. Looking into seeing how I can get this money grabbing company shut down. I have my own business and if I was to send out items I had made like this, I would be reported to citizens advice.

Received a ring after using the measuring guide. Ring was way too big. So emailed for a refund (theres no details of refund policy on website -only to email them) to be told I would have to pay for postage to the address in China. Cant exchange. Trust pilot review on their websites are all fake. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolute disaster, I received for Christmas a beautiful ring from my husband from this online company, followed their measuring instructions and ordered the size relating to it on 26th October 2024
It whilst lovely was so large it did not even fit my husband.
On contacting them, they offered me a 50% discount on another ring! they said I could keep the wrong size ring no need to return the it. I could not choose a smaller size to fit me as they no longer had them, must have been a popular design.
I have posted this in priciple, the ring was only £26.00, but I am certain I will not get any further response from Amys Boutique.
All I can say is, do not use their size info, use a ring size gauge everytime
Please avoid this company at all cost, I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot in the first place.

After measuring my finger following their guidelines I was excited to receive my ring however it was about 3 sizes too big. They won't offer an exchange unless you pay 50% of the price for a new one. Won't be risking another wrong size.

Ring comedy huge. Ridiculous, didn’t look the same as the picture. Cheap. The site shows trust pilots reviews. All fake! This is their trust pilot. They state stress free returns, it’s not they are in china and you have to pay £4-11 pound postage. If not tracked they refuse they’ve had it. £25 down the drain AVOID AVOID AVOID

This site is a fraud. None of my items were as pictured, all of them were cheap knock-offs that only vaguely resembled what was advertised. The item descriptions said they were "embroidered" and "linen." Spoiler alert: They were neither embroidered nor linen. The material was cheap and plasticky, everything was the lowest quality possible.

Trying to get my money back now but they don't allow returns and haven't answered my email. Wish me luck and DON'T GIVE THEM ANYTHING.

I placed my order there is more than 1 month. It's indicated "Product will dispatch in 10 - 15 days" on their site. Today they haven't dispatched my order and I don't know when I'll reveive it because they don't answer neither my email, nor my facebook messages nor my calls.
I need my order in 2 weeks for my wedding !!!!

They took my money and shipped 2 items. Neither outfits were right. The pictures are not the product. One if the outfits had an oil and ink stain. I sent pictures and asked that it be replaced. The guy never bothered to contact me. Cheaters, and the standard Hyderabad businessmen. No integrity in workmanship or moral ethics. Avoid them like the plague.

Don't order! It's a waste of money. The product is nothing like pictured.

Had ordered three dresses from amy's boutique.The Dress & stitching was perfect.They also shipped the product on urgent request .Looking forward to purchase again.Thank you for the service provided.

They post pictures of designer dresses on their website and Deliver cheap replicas. I ordered a Dress from them for 8200 rs with stitching, they take your money and wont respond for weeks, THey wont answer your calls, or emails or even whatsapp, And like the other reviewer initially when i added them on whatsapp with a new ph.no they responded and when i revealed who i am, Then they started apologizing, and said the dress i ordered was not in stock and they had the defective one so they dint wanted to ship that one to me and promised they will refund my money. Took my account details n everything, Immediately next day they sent me a pic of shipping receipt, Saying they got confused with someone else ,and that my dress has been shipped. The dress i received from them was a cheap 1000rs dress and stitching was worst.

I ordered through their website and sent a seperate transaction of payment in Feb 2015. I didnt hear anything so sent then whatts app messages. Initially they said they had'nt recieved any money, after 3 weeks I was told they have my money but item is out of stock & unable to order (I did however get the saree through Shree Designs who ordered the saree for me). Regardless of my requests & their false promises no monies have been returned, April 2015. All my messages on fb have been hidden. DO NOT TRUST THE COMPANY
