I recently bought a new KTM 890 Duke R from AMS Motorcycles part exchanging my previous motorbike and I am very happy with the whole process.

I enquired about the KTM and James came back very promptly with all the details. I sent off the necessary information for my part exchange and a delivery date for the swap was arranged (James did his absolute best to work with me and accommodate me with the delivery date which was really appreciated).

Stuart dropped off the new bike and picked up the old one without any issues or fuss. I had asked James if the pillion pegs, grab handle and pillion seat could be pre-installed and this was indeed done (it's the small details that sometimes can be missed which makes a difference to the buying experience).

James and Stuart are extremely professional and made the whole buying process as smooth as can be.

I have since put 1300 miles on the KTM with no issues at all (touch wood) and I would highly recommend buying from AMS Motorcycles. Both James and Stuart are a credit to the company!

The whole process of buying a bike from AMS was efficient, quick and a real pleasure.

I decided to buy a KTM bike after having completed much research on the model I needed and emailed my request for a test ride which was accommodated at no cost to me whatsoever.

On entry to AMS I was greeted by James, and was immediately offered a seat and discussed the bike. We then went outside where I was shown around the bike and it was started up for me. I was shown all the controls and the quickshifter function explained in full.

I then proceeded on my lengthy run which took over an hour in the end. I did not need to put fuel in the bike and no apparent limitation was implied. The bike was so good I pretty much decided to purchase.

On returning to AMS, James and I discussed prices which we previously emailed and agreed the deal, the extra finance was set up in minutes, I was offered a drink and then we discussed delivery.

The whole process was slick, caring and efficient. TOP MARKS to James.

A week later I took delivery of the bike and a really helpful and friendly Stu dropped the bike off, explained the controls and the bike to me and then took my P/X.

I really cannot fault AMS from start to finish and have to say I am that impressed at the service I received. As a main dealer for KTM I will be returning often to support them in this uncertain time.

I have nothing but praise for ams ktm who since I purchased a brand new ktm 125 duke (2021 ) have supplied me with pretty much the whole of the ktm powerparts catalogue in dribs and drabs as I have ordered them. Every order I made was first and foremost supplied as fast as possible with excellent communication on each order made, ie if in stock or on back order etc. One item I ordered the akropovic silencer and link pipe turned out the link pipe was incorrect for the 2021 model and upon contacting ams about the issue it was dealt with quickly , efficiently and needless to say 3 or 4 days later I had the 2021 link pipe and problem solved. Superb after sales service and a special mention to Aaron and wes who looked after all my powerparts orders and I made a fair few.
Great service guys and a credit to the ktm brand.

Have ordered various ktm 125 duke powerparts from ams ktm and the service has been 1st class with super fast delivery and all items totally spot on as ordered. Would reccomend with out question. Great service and communication.

Absolutely rubbish service, rude people.

After sales side of their business is horrendous. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. They make you feel like they’re doing you a massive favour by even speaking to you. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole again, found other KTM dealers slightly further afield much more helpful
