Very good in processing
The renewal was clearly explained and dealt with efficiently.
My reason for giving 4 stars is that I was not contacted until a month after the original term expired so for one month I had to pay more than double the premium. I hope next year I'm contacted in advance of expiry and able to give 5 stars.
