Great customer service from these guys from start to finish. Alam is an absolute legend and great help. Went out of his way to help out. The day I had the fitting carried out I wanted blinds for other rooms aswell because I loved them that much. He came on short notice and measured and quoted for the other rooms on the SAME day. Sometimes it's just worth investing in something because of the great customer service definitely adds massively to the product.

A great service from start to finish. Initially Alam came to measure and showed me a various samples along with describing the quality and functions. After agreeing, I accidentally paid Alam £20 extra in deposit and was touched by his kindness and honesty in returning the extra money. The blinds were fitted a few days later by a young man who was very nice. I will be using the company again!

I’m having my blinds fitted tomorrow however the service so far has been very efficient and streamlined. A very knowledgeable rep showed me all the options and made recommendations for specific windows. The pricing was reasonable and affordable which is important these days where many people are watching their pennies.
