I am really pleased with the excellent product as it look fantastic. Two of the packets was damaged on their ends but these were hidden when laying them down on the bedroom floor so no issues.
Very helpful on the phone: I received some free scotia samples within 48 hours. Having found a good match, I ordered several lengths which were competitively priced, well packaged, and delivered promp... Mehr ansehen

Ambience service is great. EVRI's isnt
EVRI messed up the delivery. They often do. This left me without threshold plate and delays to getting the carpet fitted. Neil from Ambience was great. He contacted EVRI, got fobbed off and just sent me a replacement. Better still, unprompted he changed the delivery agent to DPD. 2 days later I have my threshold plate and don't have to put off the carpet fitters
