Disappointed!
Had booked for LABC office move, initially called during the morning to advise delayed from 12 midday collection to 2pm, then phoned again just before 2pm to say they couldn't move us until 8am the following day.

Would use Amazing Moves again. 👏

I used Amazing Moves when moving out of my home & again when I moved into my new home ( storage in the interim).
On both occasions they were approachable, quick & very efficient & the service from the office was equally so.

I contacted this company to move a sideboard from my loft to a ground floor flat. I was quoted £181 for a 2 man team. I emailed back to ask if it was possible to have an extra guy because it was quite heavy and was told it had to be 2 or 4 men, so I decided that it would be better to pay double to ensure that it was done correctly with all the issues that I had read in previous reviews. We confirmed a day and I told that is was to be paid in cash? I asked for a VAT invoice as the quote had vat on it and I was told that it would be issued at the end!! When I asked them to confirm the amount to be paid it suddenly increased by £84 because of stairs ….really so £446 to for 4 guys to get a sideboard out of my house….or was it me querying the VAT invoice and paying cash. Definitely unreliable and untrustworthy in my experience.

Used them twice. Both times they did a great job.
Most recently when trying to get a desk the wouldn't fit around the tight corner of the stairs they went above and beyond by partially deconstructing then reconstructing better than before. Was impressed!

I used Amazing Moves for a move in 2011, as well as a move in 2023. Both times the two-man team who arrived to do the job were warm, kind, gentle, helpful, considerate, well-spoken and supportive. I could never have done it without them, and the fact I returned to the same company 12 years later says it all.

Guys were two hours late. Constantly complaining and moaning. I had to pack one room myself to hurry things along. One bed flat took them three hours to pack with no furniture. They didn’t have the destination address so I had to send them a pin. Again more moaning.
Price went up £200 because of the hours, walking surcharge because they had to walk, if they weren’t late they could have parked closer!
They trick you by giving you a low price and add everything else once they packed your stuff so beware of their sweet talk. Very untrustworthy and never again!

Quite an stressful experience, the guys were slow and with not much experience.

After being let down by another company claiming to be the UK's favourite delivery company, Amazing Moves came to my rescue the very next day. Maria, on the booking team, was kind, professional and efficient. The delivery team were punctual, friendly and considerate taking care of my belongings. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I enlisted the services of Amazing Moves and must say l was very impressed. They were very professional, helpful and delivered an excellent customer service. Good rate as well.Guys you made my move so easy and cool.

Do not use this company to move house. They didn’t send enough vans or men and the move was incredibly stressful. They didn’t pack up properly so lots of items were being packed on moving day. They didn’t label boxes properly. They put furniture and boxes in wrong rooms. They left a van load of stuff in front garden of our old house and went back for it after several hours, once they had unloaded. This stuff was thrown in the van unpacked and at the end of the day I was in the van putting individual items from the shed & garden into boxes.

People working in customer service are rude and unhelpful. Quotes were massively different to what we were charged in the day. I was rung repeatedly for payment, it was a Friday and they refused to wait till Monday despite already having deducted £2500 and having the credit card details.

Moving is stressful and using this company will make it a million times worse. I really regretted my decision to use them.

Don't use Amazing Moves: They viewed our home but underestimated the vans needed, promised to bring more boxes to complete packing on the morning of the move but didn't, so just left us with an entire Luton vans worth of unpacked and unloaded stuff which we had to rent a van and do ourselves, but they already had two thirds of our stuff and then refused to unload our possessions until we paid in full. More usefullly, there's a British Association of Removers (which Amazing Moves are not a part of), so that's a thing to look for in the movers you choose.

The two guys who came to move some furniture were excellent. They were extremely polite, gentle with the furniture and very hard working on a really hot day.
There was a two hour delay in the pick up time but, when I phoned the office, the lady I spoke to apologised and explained there had been a hold up on the previous job. The two movers also apologised when they arrived and then got straight to work.
When the furniture arrived at the final location, the guys were extremely professional, listened very carefully to my quite specific instructions for placement and carried it all out with a smile and good manners. I also received a courtesy call from the office when the job was finished to ask about how things had gone.

The crew were good, and I think they work on a contract system so not their fault, but was delayed by 24hrs on moving in day (moving one mile from the storage facility to my flat) and no recognition or apology that this was inconvienient from management. Consider hiring a van if you want to move imo...

Whilst the moving team did a good job I was asked to pay more than £200 pounds by the company separately to take away the flat packed cardboard boxes. This was not specified in the beginning and other companies I have used multiple times don't do this.

Extremely quick and efficient - jumped in last minute as I’d been let down by another company. Both the drivers and customer service were so helpful before and during the move, and extremely accommodating. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Used a couple of times and has been great. Just booking a third.

I can't recommend Amazing Moves highly enough. They are a well organised and efficient firm. Their removal men are punctual, professional and they inspired confidence in me during the stressful process of moving. This is a top class company.

The 2 guys turned up on time, were very friendly and made me feel that I had chosen well. They handled my stuff with care. They were fantastic for the entire move and I don't know how they managed to get some of my stuff moved... But the did and they never stopped smiling.
I would definitely use this company again.
