Delivery is quick and painless and the office routinely answer queries within a day (eg once they've opened). We use the company frequently and have always been pleased with the service.

I ordered Pleaser DELIGHT-613 Nude Patent/Nude heels for a pageant and they look so elegant, the fit is perfect and the nude tone matches my light skin tone so well. They are so comfortable, high and easy to walk in, especially with the extra grip on the bottom and cushioning within the heel. I have had so many different pageant heels and these are by far THE BEST.

The boots are amazing! Totally satisfied. The range of products offered is always wide and so much to choose from. The only disappointing thing was the delivery, I have been sent a slot time and day but nobody showed up, waited all day at home, eventually the boots were delivered the next day after 3 calls to the dispatching courier. This is not Alternative Footwear fault, however it was very annoying having to chase the parcel. I must say I buy from them often and this was the 1st time I had this issue. It can happen.

they arrived perfectlly and they are very pretty.
I would recomend maybe get one size bigger if you have doubts as ordedrer and it fits me perfect the lengh but they are a narrow.
They are very confortable and the customer service was very fast.

I bought three pairs of heels, and I love them all! The only frustrating thing is the slight size difference. I'm a size 10, and all three pairs are size 10s. Two pairs fit perfectly, but the third pair feels slightly too big, and my left foot keeps slipping out when I walk. But I should be able to fix it with some heel grips and maybe some balled up newspaper. Overall very satisfied.

These boots are made to a very high standard and look amazing. The shoe size you wear normally is the size you should order - not a size bigger as with other boots. My wife has well muscled calves but has no problem with these boots. There is also plenty of room for larger thighs. All things considered these boots were an excellent buy and certainly have the desired effect.

This was the first time ordering from Alternative Footwear on the request of a pole friend of mine. I'm always a bit wary ordering Pleaser heels online as ive had a pair of fake pleasers from another legitimate website. I ordered a pair of Pleaser boots that were on sale and got an amazing deal on them, shipping was fast and tracked and they arrived quickly and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The quality is amazing and they're definitely the real deal. I will certainly be using Alternative Footwear again for my pole heels in future.
