Just ordered another pair of shoe from this company. always impressed with the quality and fitting of the ranges, not to mention that there’s so many amazing styles to choose from. Fast and timely delivery, arriving within the days stated.

I’ve just received my shoes from Alternative Footwear. They are fabulous. They are Victorian style, one pair black and the other pair brown, both with gold metal 2in heels. The are so comfortable to wear and look great. Free delivery and only took 2 days from ordering to delivery.

I ordered a pair of boots from the website and had them shipped to America. They are incredibly beautiful!!! Totally surpassed my expectations and worth every penny!!! The customer service representative was also very knowledgeable in helping me pick the right size for the particular model that I ordered. I will definitely be a return costumer at alternative-footwear.co.uk!!!

I recently bought 2 pairs of boots from Alternative Footwear, they were delivered quickly and on receiving them it was clear that one of them wasnt suitable due to the design, I dont like randomly ordering things that might have to be returned but the subsequent return and credit was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. The boots were delivered in AF's own boxes which are nice but I do wonder if the original boxes are a little longer to accommodate the boots without folding them. It wont stop me from buying from them again, in fact im about to order another pair this week... recommended.

Ordered some fab shoes from the website, the order was shipped immediately, and I received the package quickly and was able to track the progress at any given time. However, I picked the wrong size, so I had to ship it back for an exchange, which I received assistance with from the Alternative Footwear customer support. The exchange went very smoothly, and I received the correct size fairly quickly.
A piece of advice though - would be awesome with free EU/International shipping or offering a free return label in case of a return, as most companies do nowadays. Otherwise, the cost of the product increases if the size is not fitting and has to be exchanged (if you add the shipping fee on top of the actual price).
Otherwise, great products on the website, and competent customer support!

My husband and I have both brought shoes from this company, we have always been impressed with the range of styles for men and for women. The footwear we have brought from Alternative Footwear is good quality and great value which are also sent out and arrive promptly after ordring.

I needed these boots for a Victorian Music Hall costume and they look the part and are very comfortable.

I received my boots in very quick time indeed, I was panicking as I needed some alt footwear for a catwalk show at TG - this shop sent me them in record time, the boots looked amazing! Good quality and sooo comfy!

I actually don’t like the name of the company and the design and layout of website is very eighties could be improved. Website is not super responsive at times.

Order delivered on time. Wide choice. It's nice to finally find a site which provides so many alternative shoes in large sizes for women. And the Pleaser shoes I ordered are surprisingly confortable. I really have nothing to complain about, and will probably order again in the future.

The price of the Pleasers I wanted were very cheap compared to other sites I had seen online and the shipping and handling was also free which was a bonus. My order was processed very quickly and my shoes arrived on time. Very happy with the quick and easy service will definitely order again from this website!

Alternative footwear has a broad selection of footwear and will quickly refund your money if the size and style of show is not in stock.

As an improvement I would however like to see a better reflection of shoes available on discontinued styles as they might not be in stock.

Turn around is as what they say, between 2 to 3 days for delivery.

Great sellers, they are fast and super great products. The prices are amazing. I would suggest to anyone.

I have used Alternative Footwear for a number of years and always been highly impressed with their levels of customer service and speed of delivery. The prices on the site are extremely competitive and the sheer volume of stock to search through means it has never been anything but possible to easily find the style required.
