Good price but packing was very poor, the tool case looked like it was just thrown into a large cardboard box and sealed up so when it got to me the box was all squashed in, thank goodness the tools were ok

Ordered a Garden power tool from Alltools website just before Easter. This had had a 3 day delivery date. Waited until after Easter and gave them a call as still had not received delivery confirmation. Man on the phone said pretty much the item was not in stock so had been back ordered and would be with me next day when it arrived in store! Had to point out to him that they could have contacted me to let me know this.

Anyway Item arrived around 3-4 days later than expected however after opening the new package there were a number of accessories missing from the box. As advertised on their website there were meant to be 10 cutting lines but only 3 were provided.

Sent an email to All tools and followed up with an phone call. To cut a long story short Andrew at Alltools pretty much said tough! it was a mistake on the website and that is what came with the delivery. They would not send me anymore as per website, as it was not cost effective for them. Also said, I should phone the manufacturer to confirm what was meant to be in the box as he could not be bothered and if i was not happy they would collect it as they would not send me the missing accessories!

I tried to be as polite as possible, pointed out what their website was showing plus i did not want to go through the process collections and waiting for refunds but still said tough!

First bit of really bad customer services i have had in a very long time. So if you don't want to have to deal with unhelpful people lack of communication and general lack of customer services skills don't order from here!

Excellent service polite response to delivery enquiry & delivered within 48hrs. Not sure why the unit came without a Hollow Mortice Chisel?

It was easy to order and find the product I wanted. Delivery was very quick and on time.

So many web stores advertise Kirkpatrick ironmongery but don't actually stock it. I ordered and it arrived next day. If I had one criticism it's that I emailed them about the order and still haven't received a response. Small niggle that wont stop me using them again
