Excellent service no more I can say

Having ordered online and paid for the boots with a further sum for three, working-days delivery, I am still, one week later awaiting arrival of my order. Basically, not impressed. I rang on Friday and was called back to say that the supplier had let down AllTools, but it would have been a courtesy at least to keep me informed. Still no news of delivery.

ordered late sunday afternoon received Tuesday lunchtime have used this company before and cant praise enough of the fast efficient service polite and friendly delivery man got what it said in the advert will definitely use them again

I Bought a Garden shredder from this company 3 weeks ago, I bought it through ebay of which they took over £150 from me and I still haven't received my item. I have complained to them and so far nothing has been done about my problem, I will update this poor rating for this company if my money is returned of my item received.
but all I can say is I wont be using them again based on there poor customer service I have received so far!!!!!!

I purchased a bosch work mate and a Makita roller stand from alltools and paid for next day delivery at a extra cost of £7.95..
Everything was paid for at checkout and was happy.
I then received a email later that day saying they were out of stock but this was after they had taken my money.
There was no expected delivery date on the email.
I received the workmate one week after placing my order but still no sign of roller stand. I received the stand 10 days after my order only to find it was used and not in particularly good condition with it full of paint chips and rust spots the size of 10 pence pieces and marks up and down the adjustable arm. I spoke with the company and he offered a small discount on roller stand. I had to point out that the next day delivery didn't happen of which I had paid for. I am still waiting for a payment back into my bank after nearly a week of waiting, lets hope they are not thinking that I will forget about it. I am a busy man and having to chase and sort out the problems is at my expense.
There are plenty of good tool outlets around on which as trade we rely on to keep our business moving.
Dealing with alltools has been disappointing to say the least

The strimmer was pakaged well to obviate any damage and was as stated in the description. It arrived within two working days at the time promised.

Bought a hedge trimmer online expecting delivery within the stated 3 days. 2 weeks later and it's still out for delivery. Contacted alltools to find out what's going on. Got told the item was out of stock and would be another 10 days. 5 mins later get an email saying item is now out for delivery. Suggests to me someone forgot to send it in the first place and made a poor attempt to cover tracks. If someone had just called or emailed to tell me the truth, there would be no problem. Can't rate item as not received it.

Order drill on tue morning got it on wed afternoon in northern ireland

Ordered online,item was in stock and advised it would be received within 24 hours and it was! UK mail who delivered, text to give time of delivery within 1 hour and it arrived in the middle of this slot, very good service, Thank you. Will use again as I have before.

I ordered 2 x pairs of scruffs trousers for a female apprentice as hers had ripped so I need the replacements ASAP I ordered on the Wednesday for a 24 hour delivery, I received a phone call to say they were out of Stock and I would receive them Monday or at the very latest Tuesday at 4.50pm on the Tuesday I had to telephone them to ask where the delivery was to be told they wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. Trousers did arrive Wed, but I would have ordered form elsewhere if I had know it would take so long
