So my car wouldn’t get into gear and I was miles away from home. I called allsussexrecovery and they picked up swiftly and said they’d come in 45 mins, which they did. 30 minutes later and my car was ready for the road again. Extremely happy with the service from Kev, a very nice guy. Would highly recommend for emergencies and other mechanical issues.

Called today for a Transit L1 MWB recovery, got an instant price based of location which beat a lot of the local competitors. Within a hour and a few minutes of booking my van was collected and safely dropped. Big thanks to Ali company owner who personally came out to ensure smooth transit. Can’t vouch for these guys enough will definitely be keeping the number for future use.

Guy was really rude and dismissive on the phone, kept interrupting me and putting me me on hold, website price was 3x lower to what he quoted me for a very simple job, when I questioned it he gave zero explanation, was incredibly rude and then hung up on me instead of sorting the deal. Felt like I was being ripped off. Really poor customer service. Went with a more professional firm who don't have contempt for their customers.

Edit: next quote I got was half the price. Avoid these rip off merchants. Awful firm

Scammers. I was broken down on the side of the road. They took my card details for a deposit and said they’d be 60-90 minutes. I phoned back after two hours and was told ‘soon’. Still nothing after another hour, then I get a call from the actual driver who came across as a rude moron who while on the phone to me was aggressively berating other road users, he tells me he’ll be at least ANOTHER HOUR but says he can’t do it if it’s dark ( when it clearly is as it’s 8.30pm in September) as he’s trucks lights are f**ked (his words). He phones me again half hour later to say he ain’t coming and to ‘sort myself out’ but in a far ruder tone. Basically wasted 3 hours at the side of the road due to these complete losers so I’d avoid them at all costs.

I needed a quick recovery due to my car being hit on a main road.
This company were incredibly helpful, really kind and their prices were excellent.
The recovery driver kept good contact while on route and was very polite.
