Ordered a bespoke ring to match one already made by AllDiamonds.
After a lot of back and forth with AllDiamonds we ordered the ring but when it came it was not a great match although superbly made hence four stars.
From then on five stars!!

We’ve checked your order and can confirm that the parcel was dispatched on time and, according to FedEx tracking, was delivered as scheduled. As this was an international shipment, it was handled by FedEx, and you’ve mentioned that you believe the package may have been lost. In this case, we will need to open a claim with FedEx to investigate further.
While we absolutely sympathise with your situation and apologise on FedEx’s behalf, we do want to highlight that All Diamond fulfilled your order promptly and within the promised timeframe. For this reason, we believe the one-star rating may be unfairly directed at us.
