They are working hand in hand with the teachers guaranteed. They are running a scam ring where under the farce of teaching Quran they are stealing and scamming people’s money. The teachers are trained to try and scam money out of unaware parents by emotionally blackmailing people and making out by hints they are putting their children in hospital or some other sob story and if you don’t pay they get aggressive and stop “lessons” and block you on WhatsApp. I will be reporting this company to the citizens advice bureau and trading standards. This is not about my refund no more but the fact that these overseas businesses are running scams in the name of Islam. The reviews which are positive are also scams it’s all a massive lie!!!
They are running a FRAUDULENT SCAMMING SCHEME ONLINE!!!

AlimLive Academy does not operate in the way described, and we strongly reject allegations that we are involved in fraud, scams, emotional blackmail, or taking money through teachers. Our teachers and staff are required to follow our policies and agreements, and payments are handled through our established procedures.

I left AlimLive (02/March) due to a rude teacher, the refused to refund my money for the rest of March. After leaving & while waiting for March refund I accidently sent an automated Standing Order for April & they also refused to refund the April money also. Furthermore they exposed my bank details on their public group chat because I asked for my refund.
I had to send them a court letter to get my refund from them.

We have carefully reviewed this matter and do not believe this review accurately reflects the circumstances.
The student received the agreed classes, including additional classes, and the relevant class records were available through our portal. We provided the customer with the available evidence and repeatedly explained the payment and class records.
Although we did not agree that the amount requested was owed, we chose to provide a refund as a goodwill gesture in an effort to resolve the dispute and avoid further disagreement. We also made repeated attempts to communicate with the customer and resolve the matter directly.
We therefore strongly disagree with the suggestion that we simply refused to return money owed to the customer.
We retain the relevant portal records, payment information and WhatsApp correspondence relating to this matter. If required and where legally permitted, we are willing to provide the relevant evidence, including screenshots and correspondence, to the review platform or an appropriate authority so that the circumstances can be independently assessed.
For privacy reasons, we will not publish private customer information or correspondence publicly.

Highly Professional and Effective Learning
As a legal professional, I have very high standards when it comes to service, transparency, and results. I am pleased to say that Alim Live Academy has exceeded these expectations.
My two children are currently enrolled, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The teachers are highly skilled, engaging, and dedicated to their students' progress. Furthermore, the administration and support staff are incredibly efficient and professional, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and any queries are handled promptly.

DO NOT TAKE OUT A DIRECT DEBIT OR USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Tutors continue to miss or arrive late to lessons, if they do arrive on time then there is a very high chance of the tutor having internet connection issues, due to this I cancelled but they continue to take the direct debit. I noticed they took two months extra and they did apologise but no refund was given, they said it would not happened again so I left it as that. 10 months later I see the have been taking £136 every single month and have not rectified the issue, when I contacted them for my money back and cancellation AGAIN they just responded with an automatic reply. They have been stealing money from us for over a year now and have not refunded any of it. They continue to avoid my messages and I will be taking this further. I have images and voice recordings of everything and will provide on request to anyone who wants to see it, so please email me if you want to see what this company are like!

We would like to clarify that our company only charges fees for active lessons and services being provided. If a student permanently stops classes and informs us properly, the cancellation process is completed accordingly. We do not intentionally continue charging parents for services they are not receiving.
Regarding tutor lateness or internet issues, occasional timing or technical problems can sometimes happen in online learning. However, we have a very active support team available to resolve issues immediately whenever they are reported. In many cases, replacement classes, teacher changes, or schedule adjustments are arranged as quickly as possible.
We have been providing classes for a long time to many families worldwide, and we always try our best to support students and maintain good communication with parents. We also encourage parents to contact our support team directly so any issue can be resolved quickly and properly.
We take all feedback seriously and are always willing to review concerns professionally and fairly.

The Egyptian teacher Aia is absolutely fantastic, she always comes to the lesson with lots of positive energy and enthusiasm which encourages and motivates my 8 year old son to do his best. Exceptional quality of islamic education.
The class is one to one online on zoom. The teacher Shimaa is prompt in taking lessons. They are very understanding and accommodating when my daughter can't attend class. Communication with the staff is very good.
I am very happy with the teacher as she listens and guides my daughter with every word and the with the correct pronunciation/ tajweed. At times she makes my daughter repeat the word several times till she gets it right.
We took two free trial sessions and at the end of the first lesson itself it was apparent that the teaching would be very beneficial for my daughter. It's a little over a month since we started and my daughter who is 12 years old is enjoying her classes and more confident in her recitation.

Excellent teacher
Had a trial lesson with Sarah Nour and she was exceptional in her teaching. She was attentive throughout and interactive making the teaching more memorable for my 7 year old. Would highly recommend.
